Welcome to the SIM ID Check-in App of Lebara Retail.Express registration: Lebara retailer who has an access to Lebara retail portal can easily do the required ID registration of new Lebara SIM cards by using the SIM ID Check-in App. Please hold ready the SIM package and the ID card of the customer.
Express registration only in four steps:
1. Scan the SIM barcode sticker
2. Scan the ID
3. Check / modify if necessary
4. Activation of the SIM card
Our advice: Write down the phone number and email address of the customer so that we can get in touch with them in case of questions etc. To use the App you need your own access to the Lebara retail portal. Before you start with the registration you have to read the trainings instructions and to pass the test.
