Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

User's Reivew

5 ★Very responsive app. Has the option to download info for offline use.
3 ★Crashes randomly while trying to buy at ticket. Once I made it all the way to the payment screen only to crash again. Bought my ticket at the ticket machine instead. Update: It crashes because Google Backup Transport was prevented from accessing the internet. Now it works. Still, a better error message would be nice.
2 ★Very often crashes on buying/showing bought tickets. Had one time where it charged me without giving a ticket. You should only use the app for train schedules, delays and general info. Must of the time. It's faster and more accurate than the data at the train stations. Just refrain from using it as a ticketing service.
3 ★its generally good and functional. Lots of niggles: the app doesn't work brilliantly with bad signal, which makes it hard to show e-tickets to conductors- and verifying them is unreliable and slow for them. Also some inputs aren't correct, e.g. full keyboard shown for numeric values (cc# & cvn). and sometimes you scroll down to e.g. accept t&cs at the bottom of a panel, but validate the whole panel with a button top-right, so the flow is odd.
1 ★This app is made to tamper with prices. Be careful. If you purchase return tickets on weekends it should be cheaper than the standard price. I purchased returned tickets today to go from Antwerp to Ghent ( weekend price tickets ) and then I tried to buy again and I put standard price instead of weekend price and I got cheaper tickets. Don't trick people with prices, if it's a weekend you should make your app calculate weekend prices automatically and apply discounts accordingly.
4 ★Works great but it's a real pain when, you get the form to order a ticket. You have to fill in your date with a calendar. I'm pretty young so it's okay but if you're older and have to to go back to 1950 it's pretty bad. Fix this please make it a string instead.
4 ★Since the new look and the bug fixing for paying tickets, this became a very useful app again! Looking up a train and immediately buying a ticket works... most of the time. Promotional tickets or slow internet (like on a train) sometimes make the ticketing service crash.
1 ★You broke it. Take out the function to buy tickets through the app until it has been tested more and fixed. Lost two tickets already. Money left my account, I received the confirmation email but the app still says "waiting for payment" and "payment failed".
1 ★Apps keeps crashing when I try to get to my tickets. A bug that could cost you 75€. Also, some tickets never get in there (that is, when you can access them), even if you damn well pay for them. Fixing this would be a good start lads
5 ★Great for planning local rail journeys within Belgium. Up to date Arrs. Deps. Platform No's especially useful, and real-time notification of delays. Certain local bus journeys also helpfully included. Can't comment on e-ticketing as I didnt use that facility.
5 ★Does exactly what I expect of such an app: you can look up train schedules, export your selected schedule to your calendar (very, very useful!) and buy train tickets [in sync with the Bancontact app]. I highly recommend this app to anybody traveling with SNCB.
1 ★Compared to other apps like NS or DB this app performs very poorly. Prices are incorrect when re-ordering same tickets, connection to servers is unstable, not user friendly and personel often cannot read the QR code themselves due to connection problems. Much work needed here!
