Free, live flight tracker and flight status app from FlightAware for Android!This app allows you to track the real-time flight status and see the live map flight track of any commercial flight worldwide and general aviation (private, charter, etc) in the United States and Canada.
Track by aircraft registration, route, airline, flight number, city pair, or airport code. Tracking data includes complete flight details and full-screen maps with NEXRAD radar overlay.
Receive real-time push notification flight alerts, view airport delays, see nearby flights (in the sky overhead), and more!
Permission to access your Contacts is used only when you choose to create a flight alert to be sent to another person. We do not store or transmit your contacts list in any other way.

Download FlightAware Flight Tracker APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:

4 ★I use it when my dear ones fly, it gives me a good feeling to know where they are, how long before arriving and most of all relief when I see " landed". I remember when I used it for the first time for my son's long flight and the green line stopped in the middle of the ocean for a couple of hours...😀...I was terrified...until it started again. At that moment I noticed the small letters note that said the radar canno.7t track the flights in some areas. Thank you for "flightaware"
5 ★From Pilots perspective, Great app, especially since Foreflight has integrated it into Maps page. Some delay..10 to 45 seconds but very workable
1 ★Very poor performance. I missed my flight because of flightAware app. It was not reflecting the rescheduled time. The flight 9W136 on 11.02.19 took off by 19.00 hrs. while its original scheduled time was 20.00 hrs. But this app kept on showing 20.15 as departure time instead of the new time. It sheepishly reflected the flight as departed at 19.30 hours. But was it was too late by then. I am going to uninstall this app.
1 ★This app doesn't show Indian map properly. Showing Indian land in Pakistan. Shame on you..
2 ★Getting less useful with each update. Just like with several other apps that I use and were originally very good, the developer with each update screws up the app. For example, I used to use this app to see helicopter traffic in my area now that is non-existent. And as others have attested to, the notifications dont always work. I have begun to hate updates anymore, they may fix some bugs, but they always introduce more and usually bigger ones. It's so stupid. I will probably not use it anymor
5 ★Must have for any frequent flyer I check the weather before flying. I check where the plane is if it is late getting to the gate. I check the conditions at the airport where I will be landing. Yesterday, case in point, my flight was delayed. My plane was flying in from Midway and hadn't arrived. Flights out of Denver were being delayed 1 hour and 8 minutes due to weather. If I had needed to adjust my travel plans, I would have had all the info I needed.
5 ★Great for knowing where your Flight is. Updated Arrival time. Works, don't remember any adds, if their were, were not distracting or annoying. Works Great
3 ★The app shows a bunch of info, including flights on the map. But the main reason why I payed for the app was to get notifications when a flight arrives or gets delayed. And these notifications NEVER work. Never. All permissions are granted, alerts for a particular flight configured, and yet it's quiet. No notifications never. Bummer.
5 ★Thank you. Much better. It does what I need, which is to identify passing planes. Only downside? After looking at a flight's details, it returns to local view rather than the location of the flight being looked at. Example, looking at flights from West Coast to Toronto over Saskatchewan will always return to the Bruce Peninsula.
3 ★Liking most functions of this app, just three sticky points stopping me purchasing the ad-free key: 1. When a flight is delayed should also show the original scheduled time for reference. 2. Should also show shared short codes in the flight details & departure/arrival boards as your flight may not be with the main carrier. 3. Should be able to bookmark a future flight more than 24hrs in advance. All are done in other flight trackers so it is possible...
3 ★The website is more useful than the app how can that be?? However the data that is given is pretty accurate it just seems to function on the website better.
1 ★Far too many very intrusive ads in this ap and more with every update. I don't use it often enough to subscribe.
