GET YOUR ASSISTANCE OPTIONS
If your airline informs you that you were eligible to assistance options, you will receive them directly in your application. You can use Ariane to get a voucher for a night in a hotel or for a transport. No need to wait at the company’s desk anymore.
Ariane is also available on a smartwatch that can be lent by your airline company. If you don’t have network connectivity in the airport, or in the country you are in, feel free to get in touch with the agents at the desk.
