1）カメラをかざしても反応がない。
■案内に従いカメラのフォーカスをポスターやチラシ（または前売券）の中央に合わせてください。
■くるみ割り人形オルゴールARアプリは指定されたマーカー（ポスターやチラシ、前売券）を認識して起動しますので、映画のポスターやチラシ、前売券が必要となります。
2）表示された文字とオルゴールが点減したり、または揺れる場合。

■カメラアングルを360度回転させることによりオルゴールをいろんな角度から鑑賞することができます。
■カメラを一定の距離以下にキャラクターに近づけると、カメラの視点がキャラクターを透過する現像が発生することがあります。この場合、カメラとキャラクターの距離を離してください。
4）くるみ割り人形オルゴールの上部（キャラクターの頭頂部）だけが見える場合。
■マーカー（ポスターやチラシ、前売券）を認識して表示されたオルゴールにカメラのアングルを上下左右に動かして鑑賞視点を変更することで正しく作動するようになります。
5）アプリが正常に起動しない。
■お手持ちの端末から起動されているアプリを全て終了して頂き、端末を再起動してお試しください。
