1 ★I tried this because they offered a discount for purchasing through the app. I can't even get far enough to make a purchase and browsing & search is bad. 1. Filters apply as ORs not ANDs. Search for a specific size under a set price, you get all under the certain price OR all in the size. Not helpful. 2. Looks like I can sign in but when I want to view my account it keeps telling me I'm not signed in. 3. Keeps popping up prompt to apply the coupon. Then resets my search & filters. I gave up.
1 ★I have an android and when prompted to sign in, it glitches and brings me to the home screen. I also attempted to create a new account, and it does the same thing. When you select checkout, I can't even buy anything. I'm literally trying to spend a good amount of money on some storage utility carts. You're missing out on money Overstock!!!
3 ★It's ok, but I have two main criticisms. 1) is the reward system for reviews doesn't seem to work properly. It's always a higher amount promised then you actually get without much explanation as to why. I'm assuming it's because they want you to upload a photo to earn the rest, however there is no option to do so. I've tried to upload photos but there is absolutely no place or option available for that. 2) The discount codes/coupons offered don't often work without a struggle.
5 ★I love Overstock! I just moved to a small town and there is only one department store. Overstock has everything I'm looking for: chairs, rugs, linens, pantries, outdoor furniture/lighting, lamps, stools, and even bird feeders! Overstock has the best prices...I've checked. Plus, there's always a coupon to use for additional savings, and almost always FREE shipping! I have been 100% satisfied with every purchase. Nothing has come damaged. Thank you Overstock for being there for me.
1 ★Overstock is not accurate on all site listing they carry. I'm on my first order, it was returned the same hour it was received. Sorry overstock, will not be reordering. When the first experience is not acceptable, usually, it's only down hill from there. Maybe , in the future , if their more reputable. That will change, but not now. Sorry , overstock , that's a failure.
1 ★I purchased an item from them and less than 5 days later it was 15 dollars cheaper. At the time I had not even received the original. Overstock refused to give a price adjustment. I would have to order again at cheaper price then return the one I already purchased after they would ship the new one. The very same item! What a waste in shipping cost. Free to ship to me but I have to pay return shipping unless I join the club for an additional 19 dollars.
1 ★You started showing invasive ads on other apps. Different ads had different places you had to press to close the app. It was obvious you wanted that ad to be on my screen longer as I searched for how to close the ad. Im deleting the app and buying furniture elsewhere. You abused my data when you aggressively tracked me to other apps and browsers.
5 ★I honestly haven't made a purchase currently. However, the coupons and discounts seem to be wonderful. Plus, the karma payment plan is a great offer. It's unrealistic that the government has allowed the prices of everything to skyrocket. Especially when most of us are pinching pennies to survive. Kudos to OVERSTOCK for these items being priced reasonably.
5 ★The app is quick & easy to use. I have enjoyed shopping with Overstock over the years. Their products are of good quality & there has never been any problems with returns or having been given credit for damaged/lost in transit items. Their customer service representatives are wonderful to work with & provide great feedback & assistance.
1 ★Update...Overstock has a lot of choices....but man!! Delivery takes a long time. FEDEX sucks!!! Please don't use fedex to ship... it takes a long time for them and always re-routes my orders because they keep losing it. I'm a very impatient person. Also... the arrival date on the product is false advertising because after you buy it... the arrival date changes to a longer arrival time which really sucks when you try to buy as a birthday gift.
1 ★The most worthless retail site ever!! I think this app was made for horribly irresponsible people with bad credit. Out of 6 items I ordered, 2 took over a month to be sent and only got sent because I complained to the company to cancel the order and refund my money. Instead of doing so, the next day the item was magically shipped, which I already replaced. The customer service seems to have gotten their training from the DMV. A colossal waste of money and time!
5 ★I've ordered 2 items: a desk & 2 adjustable height bar stools in the past 30 days. Both items arrived quickly & in perfect condition. Both were easily put together. Very pleased with my purchases! Wanted new adjustable bar stools for awhile and when I got the desk. I needed a chair for that. Took awhile to search for a bar stool that would lower enough to use with the desk- but Overstock came through- in a small apt. it works to be able to move the bar stool from one spot to another!
