2 ★As a car rental service they are great. No issues with the actual car, pickup, pricing etc. What completely lets this company down, and will likely tank this business in the not too distant future, is the app, which is a complete piece of garbage - crashing multiple times, not accepting information and buttons just simply not working. Wouldn't be the end of the world if you didn't have to USE THE APP TO START THE CAR. Needs to be fixed ASAP

1 ★multiple problems with vehicles And a silly app update and outrageous app keeps crashing. Plus they don't do a thorough check on the vehicle maintenance it's all good for the vehicle to look nice from the outside but I had to change 3 cars due to one of them having an engine management light on and the other one had a loud noise coming from the dashboard and the third one I had to drive illegal because it had a massive bulge in the tyre. The truth is it's convenient for 1to 2 days for emergency
5 ★Willing to bet this is the future of car renting. Excellent service, I had a flat tire and they did everything to help me fix it. Simple to use, all automated. Cheaper than the usual companies. The car was better than I expected, full option. Extremely impressed, already recommended to several friends.
1 ★Their deposit policy is confusing. Why don't you show the deposit amount at the time of booking. You know the car we're booking. Why do you charge insane amount without real consent? Have you got something to hide????
5 ★A nice hassle free way to rent a car long term. Just make sure your phone is always charged because it is the key for the car.
5 ★Overall it was great. I wish there was more help getting to return parking spot once inside parking garage.
2 ★The camera app needs to be improved as I have a driving licence with holograms (UAE) and wasn't able to get a good shot with different lighting tried. Had to send it via twitter private message (works well). Wasn't able to receive the OTP to validate my account. I also had to use twitter and get a call from the customer support for them to give me the OTP...
5 ★Use this code to get £10 off: spkaqpt. App is designed well, sign up was quick. Good experience fairly easy to use. Only gripe is no key. Sometimes card did not work to lock unlock. Using phone you are at risk of a dead battery especially if you leave Bluetooth on and it is unsafe to bring your phone out in some places and wait a few seconds to unlock or lock vehicle.
4 ★I have rented vehicles from multiple companies, but none make the process easier than virtuo did. Everything worked first time, it was simple to survey the vehicle and add additional marks to the report, which virtuo accepted straight away. The car itself was very clean, and it was a joy to drive such a high spec Mercedes. Pretty sure this service is going to turn us all into Mercedes drivers - I'm converted. 1 small complaint, it was a bit expensive adding miles to the plan, otherwise faultless
5 ★Rented virtuo for the first time and i must say they do know what makes their customer happy. The app was super easy to use and the Mercedes we booked was amazing. They offer great offers and try their best to make it a pleasant trip for the customers. I would recommend everyone to try it out to have a real feel of how automation of car rental makes your life easier for escaping for a weekend break.
1 ★Avoid. They delivered the car and parked in a restricted parking zone and I had to pay the parking fine! The customer service is NOT 24/7 for everyone. The small print is that you get 24/7 access to customer service DURING your rental. After your rental ends it is hard getting hold of them, and there is no customer service number to call.
