5 ★My favorite thing about the application is the Quick Tools option. I travel quite a bit and file Hold Mail requests often..it's so easy to just open the application and click on the Hold Mail icon. Another favorite option available is the informed delivery. I like getting text notifications that let me know what mail and packages are being delivered each day. This allows me to contact my neighbor if necessary to move my package to a secure location. It's much easier to navigate than the web
5 ★This app is amazing it not only tells you wear your mail is from websites by tracking the number but it tells you where the mailman is what road he's on how far down the road he is from your house and what you're getting in the mail what all the mail he's bringing to your home this is a very good app it's a must-have...!!!!!
5 ★Great app, I would recommend this app to anyone who has had missing mail or are expecting certain mail or packages to arrive. The pictures are clear of your mail and you can go back at least a week to see what you may have missed.
5 ★After getting set up logged in I found it more useful than I thought it would have been.. buying on line it gives me an edge with negotiating prices because they will slip a triple charge for shipping and come down on the price of an item so you think yeah buddy that's a good buy. When in turn they started higher then what they wanted and then to come down and still get the upper hand on a bigger profit
4 ★Love this app it's so easy to find out what's coming mail, package, or just what. The only bad thing I've found is on thinks coming a long distance. It doesn't seem to matter much wether it's Mail coming from outside the United States or just across the US the updates are very slow. Sometimes I'll have a package a day or two before it says delivered.
4 ★Very good, but still has room for improvement! The UPS app actually detects their tracking numbers in your phone's clipboard as it opens, and asks if you'd like to track that parcel. This app doesn't do that yet.
5 ★Great app!! I know exactly where my packages are at all times and when they'll arrive. The feature that allows you to get texts or calls about any parcel is Great! I use it all the time. Def would recommend this app!
5 ★This app allows me to find status, delivery timing and locations of my packages plus standard mail info on a dashboard. Perfect? nope, nothing is. Progress? Yes, and lots of it. Im happy the USPS created and continues to update it. Thx folks, good job!
4 ★Overall decent. Doesn't always scan all informed mail, but it usually does. Tracking doesn't usually work, but not the app's fault, it's the postal system itself. Great app for that extra level of security.
5 ★I'm so happy I installed this. It shows every piece of mail I'm going to receive. I seem to have trouble getting ALL my mail, because I live in a Trailer Park with over 100 recipients living here. Now if I don't receive everything I'll know it was misplaced!!
1 ★My experience with the post office has been horrific I mailed a package October 13th and it's still in transit that's all it says it doesn't tell you where it doesn't tell you when it was last scanned it gives you absolutely no information I should have sent it by Amazon Amazon delivers your package is in 2.2 seconds I am so disappointed with the post office
5 ★It can be hard to use there are some things that could be better but I beieve its probably a work in progress and will continue to get better. I do wish that you could see on your dashboard when you scroll down and it says I believe details or maybe info of pkg. that it did tell you what it was, it gets hard trying to keep up with all the pkgs. and #'s so sometimes I get them mixed up....
