Description
USPS Health Connect™ is a free, voluntary application offered to USPS® employees. If you are not a USPS employee and have not received an activation code from USPS, you will not be able to create a USPS Health Connect account.USPS Health Connect is a tool designed to help you better understand what is in your health records, manage your health information, and plan for emergency or future health needs. Your confidential account is under your control and includes security features, such as the Electronic Postmark® service, built in for your use.
When the program is launched to your USPS employee group, you will receive a “one-time use” activation code required to create your own private account in USPS Health Connect. There are a few things you need in order to create a USPS Health Connect account:
• A unique activation code provided to you by USPS. NOTE: No employee information is retrieved based on the activation code.
• Internet access from a personal device.
• A personal email address.
Privacy and Security
Your PHR and other health information in your USPS Health Connect account is completely under your control. USPS does not have access to your personal health information stored in your account.
To prevent unwanted access to your private health information, USPS Health Connect cannot be accessed from USPS devices (for example an ACE computer or USPS issued smart phone) or when you are logged into the USPS network.
Security is of the utmost importance. All your information included in USPS Health Connect is encrypted at several levels to protect it from unauthorized access.
USPS Health Connect is important for several reasons
• First, it allows you to gather your health information in a private account, under your control. This is important because most of us have many health care providers adding information to our health records that reside in proprietary electronic systems. For example portions of your medical history could be with a primary care doctor’s office, a hospital you’ve visited, a state or network health information exchange, your health plan administrator or the VA or Social Security. Once your health information is in your USPS Health Connect account, you are no longer dependent on your provider’s portals to get secure access to your health information. This puts you in control!
• Second, you can access your health information, review it for accuracy, and share it any way you decide. USPS Health Connect gives you the opportunity to confirm the accuracy and completeness of your health information, request your physicians make any changes to your record, and better ensure any doctor or specialist you see in the future can access your complete health information which you have reviewed and approved.
• Third, USPS Health Connect has built-in tools to help you review and share your health files in an immediate, secure, and trusted way. Within your USPS Health Connect account, your health information is categorized so that you can see your health details over time with easy-to-use dashboards. The application also provides easy access to educational information on medical conditions and medications. All or portions of your health record can be shared or sent securely between you and your health care provider using direct messaging. Direct messaging is a trusted and secure way to exchange private health data and messages. Once your USPS Health Connect account is established, you will receive your own personal direct address. In addition, the Electronic Postmark® service applies an ePM™ to every incoming and outgoing file within your account, so the validity of health files can be verified at any time to convey trust that the file has not been tampered with.

Questions & Answers
Q: What is an APK File?
A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.
Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?
A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.
Q: What are Android App permissions?
A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.
