Digitally preview your household’s letter-sized mailpieces and receive USPS Tracking® updates for incoming packages directly from the app:• Verify your identity to ensure you have access to your secure dashboard
• Digitally preview grayscale images of the exterior, address side of their household’s letter-sized mailpieces scheduled to arrive soon.

1 ★I logged in but it promts me to get a verification text with my phone number. I type in my phone number and it will say "Unable to complete the request.. You must request a new code. Please retype ypur phone number and try again". So this app is pretty useless.
1 ★Opening the app is impossible! I already have a usps account, but the app wouldn't recognize it. So I went through the process to set up an account through the app, but the app still won't open when I put in my user name and password... I've uninstalled the app three times and still no luck getting in. VERY FRUSTRATING especially since informed delivery via email is ceasing in June.
1 ★I have been using this app for about a year. I can't log in anymore. I get the "Unable to complete the request" message. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but I get the same message after entering phone number and verification text.
2 ★I complain to my shippers that they print the label, but don't ship. They tell me it shipped, but the Post Office doesn't always scan it. Informed delivery isn't as reliable as it used to be. Probably because of the new administration.
5 ★Exceptionally wonderful service. The app and the website. As a Web Designer and Developer I could definitely see some minor issues and a little CSS could go a long way and would love to code this website a little better but otherwise it shows your scanned mail and packages and you can even have an electronic signature so you don't have to sign for packages and certain mail. It's amazing and I use it almost daily.
1 ★Loved it until I got logged out like a month ago. Now it refuses to let me log back in. It keeps saying "there was a error processing your request. Please try again. " No matter what it won't work. I have to go use the website if I want to check my incoming mail. Bummer because I absolutely loved this app and used it every day.
2 ★There is a issue where if it sits idle for sometime and you open it back up then it says network error. Even if you press retry it doesn't do anything You have to completely close the app and start it again to make it work.
2 ★Very useful app, but needs work. Crashes frequently on Samsung S9... error messages, "no network" messages, or just hangs on the loading screen and needs to be force stopped through settings menu to work again. When it works, it works well. My only complaint about functionality is that the Android back button exits the app instead of returning you to the previous page, which is annoying.
5 ★Please don't discontinue this app. With Informed Delivery you stay signed in, so all I have to do is open the app to see what mail is coming. With the USPS Mobile app you need to click through 5 or 6 operations to see your arriving mail, even with your password saved on Chrome. That's a major pain! Please do not discontinue the stand-alone Informed Delivery app.
4 ★I'm only giving it 4 stars because the reviews seem to share a common theme, that the app has a tendency to not work properly sometimes. But I just logged in and everything, and it all went really smoothly. I was able to view my mail for the day and scroll through the tabs without any problems. Here's hoping it stays this way. But so far a very good app I recommend it.
1 ★This is the worst app. Since downloaded i cannot get into it because everytime i send a verification code to my phone it never sends and then i get one days later that doesnt work and when i try to resend code it says cannot complete request. Needs to be fixed. Cannot even give it one star but cannot post this without at least giving it one star.
2 ★Leave it to the government to make such a useless app. Seems to always say unable to do such and such at this time. It has my ID and password stored and I'm just trying to log in! Go to web page for same service but more reliable...
