1 ★I have not been able to open the app since it has been updated. I finally talked to somebody who put a ticket in to try to fix. It still doesn't work. I have money sitting on my Wawa app and can't use it because every time I sign in it kicks me out to put in a new code that is being sent to the wrong number. That person who was handling said they had fixed the phone number. As of today it still isn't. I wish they would fix this ridiculous problem
1 ★Still SLOW with the new update! Can't pay for gas through the app, have to run in to pre-pay, and then you don't get a receipt unless you go back into the store & wait in line AGAIN. I don't trust using my card at the pump, & I rarely have an extra $100 to be tied up for 3 days till it's processed.Ordering food, app doesn't allow for special order (neither does the kiosk, but at least there's an option to be called before they prep your food) on vegetable toppings. No option for crackers w/soup?
1 ★This app is terrible. The latest update made the app even slower and more cumbersome to use. I did not think this was possible. The rewards aren't worth the aggravation. You have to open the app to start redeeming a reward a good 5 minutes before you intend to scan it at the register!
1 ★I gave up on this app about a month ago! It is a HUGE time and space hog. Even before the latest update, I've consistently had issues logging-in; claiming rewards; ordering; and paying at the POS. 😡 Sadly, I wouldn't be surprised if this platform were riddled with all sorts of viruses and malware! 😱
1 ★More than 50% of the time when attempting to use this app it simply will not function correctly. This app will take you up to the point of selecting your store, but then will not populate the store you are trying to order from. On the rare occasions when it does open up the store, it takes multiple clicks in order to attempt to place an order. I have found this to be a very very poor app
1 ★Horrible App. I dont usually write reviews but the app has become so buggy it is unusable. The app will sign you out automatically after 30 seconds requiring you to log in + reauthenticate by text every time. Good luck ordering online in time. You also now have to perfectly time your wait in line if you try to pay with the app. Save yourself the hassle.
1 ★The newest update is trash. I used to be able to stay signed in. Now every time I try to use the app I have to sign back in. It sends me a verification code to be sure I'm me, I sign in, start to place my order, and less than a minute later it kicks me back out. Not sure how you expect people to order your food if they can't even get signed in. If I could give the update 0 stars I would. Fix it or I'll be getting my food at Sheetz instead!
1 ★Crashes, constantly needs relogn, usually when you are ready to pay. Really is the most unstable app I have ever had, great store, ruining it's reputation. FIX IT OR DUMP IT Update. I wanted to see if you can give 0 stars. It's gotten if that is possible. I hate to say it but I hope someone does a class action lawsuit. I love wawa, but to agrivate users this much shows a lack of compentancy
1 ★Was working fine but now I cannot log in. Will not accept my password and will not allow me to reset it. Keeps locking me out and gives me a message that my email is already in use when trying to sign in. Update: June 14, 2021. Whoever “updated” this app stole money. Between crashes, poor touch screen response and slow transition from screen to screen; it is a wonder lines are not out the door. Yesterday, when I tried to use the app at the cashier, I found, that despite having it set up in advance, that the app crashed. It was taking so long to get to where I wanted it to be (and the line growing behind me) I just decided not to use it. Getting no rewards credits. Great way not to pay off on your promotions. The app just plain sucks.
4 ★Love this app. I took off one star, because I wish you can redeem rewards in the app. A promo code would be nice. I hate that you have to drive to the store to redeem at cashier. Could be more convenient. 😢 Then rewards are timed. You have 15 mins to redeem. I pressed redeem because I thought you could redeem in the app when ordering delivery or for pickup. I live 12 mins from store. So it was a race against time. So that was a hassle. Ridiculous.
1 ★Not as easy as it once was. My wife and I cannot stay logged in at the same time anymore, and it always seems to kick us out as soon as we get to the register. This is causing us to go up the street to the Sheetz. uhoh, loosing customers over an issue as small as this is scary, don't ya think wawa?
1 ★This app has not worked right once. It is like it senses I am at Wawa and as soon as I am in line to check out, it refuses to work. I've even opened the app before I went in and left it on in my pocket, and somehow it will still glitch and I can't use it. Today I tried to redeem a reward and as soon as I redeemed it, with the 15 minute limit, the app crashed again and I couldn't use my reward at checkout.
