Update Phone Settings

1 ★This app is half baked. You can't place orders in the app. You can view coupons and the weekly ad, but both functions are very slow. Half of the buttons in the app are just links that open in the browser and several times I have tried clicking on buttons in the app and just got an error "This content isn't available right now. Please try again later."
1 ★This app hasn't worked for over a month now. It keeps giving me an error message saying that "A network connection is currently unavailable. Please try again later". It's not a network connection problem it's an app problem. I see that I'm not the only one having trouble either. Please fix the app! I missed out on a $10 coupon because I wasn't able to access the app to download it (and I wasn't home to use the PC). It's ridiculous that it's been a problem for so long.
1 ★Horrible and non user friendly. It's similar to old school dial up internet minus the "nails on a chalkboard" sound. Items were deleted, exchanged, and substituted without permission. Cub employee explained how it was or fault not theirs and that I could have chosen if I had followed along online as they shopped. I literally had to ask her if I could please leave to end the conversation.
1 ★I've had a membership for around 4 years. I forgot my password but when I try to reset it the app claims there is no account associated with my email. Then, when I figure fine, whatever I'll just make a new account it claims that there is already an account under my email....well? which is it? I love the program but this app is bonkers.
1 ★Simply doesn't work. Doesn't allow me to log in, due to an incorrect "network connection" error. It looks like it's been an issue for many users for a long time now..... you'd think fixing that issue would be priority #1? What's the point of the app if I can't log in?
1 ★I don't really see a point to this app. I can't browse products to put a specific one on my list or to see if it is available in the store. If there are store maps, I can't find them. It would be a nice option. The list is something I find easier to do in an app that lets me share it so others can add or do the shopping. Did I miss some menus or options somewhere?
1 ★Worst gorcery app I have every used. I did an experiment. I had a list of 20 items to buy online for pickup. I used the cub app and my sister used the Walmart app. She loaded all the items and checked out before I was half way done. I put in Killebrew root beer and V8 Splash was the 1st thing that came up. Really?????? I also went to cub and shopped myself while my sister was at home loading the items on the app. I was home before she finished.
1 ★I tried I don't remember how many times to submit refills on my prescriptions. Every time it said it was "unable to process the information at this time". I'm switching back to Walgreen's! Thanks, but no thanks! I don't have time to sit on the phone with one of their crabby pharmacists.
1 ★I reviewed this a year ago saying the "click to claim" feature didn't work. Unfortunately it still doesn't work. I don't even open the app notification anymore because I know I won't be able to add those deals to my account anyway... (I've cleared my cache, tried mobile data vs wifi, opening it from a notification vs opening the app directly - it just doesn't work.)
2 ★Love the digital couponing, hate the UI. About half the time I click on a coupon to save it to my account the app interface freezes and I am prompted by my Android system to close the app or wait for it to work. My phone and the app are always updated, so this just makes shopping more frustrating.
1 ★This is-by far-the absolute WORST app I have ever tried to use. After trying for over an hour to get 7 items I just drove there, cuz it's close to me. Searches don't work, not one coupon worked, is difficult to get back to search options & you can't enter anything, if you do the cart comes up with 2 or 3 of the items. If you check cart you're done. I made my account 3 times& still can't sign in. It's ridiculous! It's free but if THEY paid ME I wouldn't use it
1 ★NOT compatible with Cub's online account (delivery service). App won't take passwords with special characters but the website will, so the accounts are not one and the same. This is a MASSIVE failure of usability. Imagine if your Target app didn't link to you online account. No wonder Supervalue is for sale!
