2 ★Occasionally works but data is almost always 3 to 5 hours behind real time. Currently I don't see any production for the last day and a half. Also, there's no place to see the product of each individual panel. App needs work. Giving 2 stars because it doesn't crash on me.
2 ★I am unable to access my account on this app because it won't pull and hold the keyboard to enable me put in my login credentials. I am frustrated and have contacted vivint support. Nothing has been done yet.
5 ★Not much to complain about with the app. Yes there are times when the charts and data won't show up, but it's rare. The charts and the way the information is presented is pretty useful and intuitive. My only suggestion would be to make the bar graph in the report section freeze at the top of the screen when scrolling through the detailed list below it. Seeing the bars along with the numbers below just feels more intuitive.
4 ★Good app! Helps me keep track of how much energy my solar panels are producing. I like the overview screen that converts kilowatts into gallons of gas, acres of trees, and other concrete terms. There ave been issues with the application crashing. However, I'm hopeful the new update will fix that.
1 ★app suck, now every time ask me for my account number and password ,after signing, I want check again few minutes later ask me again.
4 ★It took me forever to get this app to recognize my account, then it updated and dumped all my account information. ow it doesnt recognize my account again so I can't even login. Edit: The app is now working so I'll update this app to 4 stars until I can use it a while and see how it is.
1 ★Day, Week, and Month data never shows up. Selecting the option to change wireless networks just reloads the app, doesn't allow you to change anything. Occasionally, app never logs in when started. Just sits on main screen with a spinning sun icon. The old website tracker was a much better option, but that was discontinued.
2 ★I don't see a monthly bill. I can go into my account using web access and find the gross total but no detail such as kwh times rate
4 ★Great app for monitoring overall system performance. I have two wishes: (a) refresh on demand. The app seems to update every 4 hours or so which is not adequate for real time. (b) by-panel monitoring. The app has the data, just needs to make it available to end user.
2 ★When it works, I'm happy. I was prompted for an in app update and boom, it stopped reporting data. I have data history so I'll give it a 2. I was hoping by reinstalling, I would fix the issue. Nope!
3 ★App worked great at first ,now it dosen't load for the current day tells me to try again later. Also it would be great to see your panels that are online so as a customer we can be sure they are all working and producing power.
3 ★Is not loading any information. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and still nothing. Have to go through the web site to get info. I see responses to other reviews and I see there is a problem with the app they've been working on for a while now, at least since early Jan. Any idea how much longer it will be?
