crowdDJ® lets you choose your favourite songs in your favourite places - gyms, bars, hotels, bowling alleys, cruise ships and thousands of other locations across Australia and New Zealand. More countries are coming on-board soon.Using crowdDJ® you can:
- find crowdDJ venues
- view the current playlist (past and upcoming)
- search and browse the venue's music library
- sort alphabetically or by release year
- play your favourite songs by adding them into the playback queue
- support Aussie musicians and play their music - you'll see our new Australian Played icon next to all Aussie tracks
By connecting your Spotify account, you can also:
- import your Spotify playlists to match with the venue's music library
- take home the previous or upcoming 50 tracks by saving to your own Spotify playlists
- add individual songs to your Spotify playlists or a new Spotify playlist
- view featured and suggested songs similar to your music selections
- listen to or preview a track through Spotify
There's no need to create an account or give any of your details - just turn on Location Services so you can be verified at the venue (we do not use or store this information), choose 'Continue as Guest' and 'Check In' to your current Location! Use the Map to see where you can crowdDJ® next.
Each crowdDJ® venue has a unique sound, and you can add to the vibe in that location by picking songs that fit their brand. This unique sound and music library may include release year filters, exclude explicit content or focus on a particular music genre. If you are importing your Spotify playlists please note that song-matching may be affected by these settings, which are requested by the venue. Search results may also be affected.
crowdDJ® is a public performance music platform exclusive to Nightlife Music clients. Chances are you listen to Nightlife at your favourite bar, work out to it at your gym, dance to it at the hottest nightclubs and even shop to it at your local mall. Nightlife Music is Australia's most recognised music entertainment system and has been for almost 30 years - nightlife.com.au.

How to install crowdDJ APK on Android phone or tablet?
Download crowdDJ APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page
- Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
- Check the Unknown Sources box
- Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
- Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files

1 ★Never works for me. My gym has it set up to not need verification if you're in the building (don't need a code) but I can only get this app to recognise I'm in the gym about once every ten visits. The rest of the time it won't allow me to queue anything. My other GPS-based apps have no problem pinpointing me, just this one.
1 ★I liked it at first, it had some left field artists, some of those genre changing and attitude changing artists. Today, it's totally driven by popular demand. No clash, no the the, no smiths, no stump, no Bauhaus, it's like the eighties never happened and a good portion of nineties. Be great, be more djcrowd, not just the shite stuff. You could make a difference in a meh world
1 ★My gym recently installed this as their sound system. It blasts the same repetitive pop songs as the rubbish MTV it replaced, pointlessly wasting electricity while everyone here jams their wireless buds deeper in to their ears to block it. Why not make the playlist of non user selected tracks more random? Also the list of tracks to choose from is so limited I can't even be bothered searching as 9 out of 10 things i look for aren't available.
2 ★Great app, but very limited selection of music. Also needs to start noting down user's popular choices of music so that it can randomly pick songs from that certain genre (e.g. Rap or RnB) instead of playing random songs that no one listens to.
2 ★Good but annoying that you have to wait 2 minutes to select another song. Not a problem with the application but the songs seem to play faster than normal. Downgraded as it also seems only half the song plays.
2 ★Good concept but it simply doesnt work for places like the gym due to only a small range of music being available for selection, i either have to wear noise cancelling headphones or ear plugs at the gym now because I'm sick of hearing the same 'top 40' style songs on repeat.
5 ★Love the concept. It's great at the gym. Thanks for the response, didn't realise there was a playlist option as I don't normally click on songs! Much easier to use now : )
4 ★I love using the crowdDJ app when I visit a venue with a nightlife system e.g. bowling centre restaurant to name a few only problem is look at other venues and you want to preview a track or take the playlist home the same version of the songs you hear in venue is not the same as you hear on the app also will you guys consider making a subscription for nightlife for non bussiness in the near future
2 ★Good that you can choose your own music but the selection has just been SERIOUSLY limited! it used to be ok and now it's almost pointless - can barely even find songs that they allow you to play!
1 ★The app now does not allow you to choose songs if you reset your timer or check anything else. The timer to choose songs will only run if you keep the app open with the screen on! Otherwise is resets back to 3 minutes.
1 ★Absolutely broken app. It takes 3 minutes of sitting on the app, without letting your phone screen turn off, before the app works properly. Who has 3 minutes to sit on their phone staring at an app? It took me less time to write this review.
2 ★Good when it works but I have to keep reinstalling it every few times , as i have to all of a sudden wait 50 seconds and when it gets to zero it resets to 50 seconds again. Then asks me what the code is on the tv screen or something.
