1 ★App isn't responsive, Saying my internet isn't working even though another app is downloading through internet at the time this message was said by the app! App has no actual functionality. I didn't expect this from our National Carrier.

2 ★For God 🙏 sake, just check apps of other airlines and make it user friendly. What do mean by SOLD OUT flight results? Simply don't show if there is no availability. Agents can find a ticket for £450 and your app or website shows the same ticket for £590. Khuda ke liye agents se jan chuda do awam ki.

1 ★Is this some kind of joke? what was that! App or a kid's drawing book. Purple color for menu fonts??? Seriously?? I can design this app 100 times better. Menu is not working at all. Uninstalled instantly. Shame

3 ★PIA need to updates this Aaps. Not friendly user. Not according to internatiomal standerd. It can hold any time. I lost my 50 SR due to stuck aaps.No any email after booking confirmation. We are Pakistani we like to travel via PIA. So need to upgrade.

1 ★DO NOT USE THIS APP TO PURCHASE A TICKET. I did and I was charged without a receipt/e-ticket confirmation, only a temporary booking which clearly stated I hadn't been charged.

1 ★While I'm doing everything on my mobile from email to Youtube and well connected on a 100Mbps connection this app think I'm not having no Internet connection. Bravo PIA you haven't failed to disappoint once again. One big thick star for you.

1 ★Just to try it out I booked a flight from Edinburgh to Islamabad. It gave me timings and price etc. It says there is one stop but doesn't give me any information on it. But most of all PIA doesnt even operate from Scotland so how does it give me the prices etc? Bit strange!
