Guest can download the Emirates Palace Softphone to their smart phones or tablets before, during or just after their arrival at palace. This will allow their device to be associated with the room telephony system and will offer them a mobile extension connected communication experience inside Emirates Palace.Guests can call the hotel services, room extensions free of charge from their mobile device from Emirate Palace Wi-Fi. Guests can also make phone calls to outside of the hotel and respectively charged to room bill with same rates like room/suite extensions.
