1 ★Average when it works. UI is pretty mediocre so you need to search to find things. The episode skip when it crashes is annoying and occurs way too often. No way to input whether you have seen something already and many series have multiple listings with seasons listed as different shows. There should be a way to remove a show or movie from your recommended list. Doubt I will keep my subscription very much longer if these issues are not resolved. No updates for months...
4 ★So I really enjoy using vrv but haven't been using it in a while because when I'm trying to watch any show and the ads come, the last ad causes the screen to go black and I cant watch the show. I've restarted my phone, and uninstalled the app and it hasn't fix the problem. Can you try to fix this problem? And I'm not the only one who has this happened to them and it appears to only happen on phones but then it could also happen on other devices still. I appreciate that you fix this, thank you
1 ★It doesn't matter what platform I use, and I'm connected to wifi or not I keep seeing it trying to buffer, some shows don't play at all and it sometimes takes 1 hour to watch and 23 minute episode because of the issues listed above. I pay for premium and get free or trial quality.
4 ★The app is fine. People complain about the ads, but it's basically the same as you would expect on cable TV: the ads are placed sensibly and you watch two or three of them. There's an issue where they repeat ads sometimes, but there's also an add-skip exploit, so that's fine. The shows are good, although you're probably just going to come here to use two or three of them.
1 ★Love the app, but for some reason everytime it opens, it can't connect and only can go an offline mode. App is up to date Update: fix the issue, had to do a fresh install but worth it. The app is cheaper than crunchyroll and you get premium crunchyroll too. Steals! Update: again Back to same issues as before apparently im not the only compared to reviews, regardless if you pay for the app (like me), or not. Im having this issue on the phone. This has been in on going issue for too long. Repost
2 ★Although a wonderful concept, this app does not work off of wifi, it will only stutter and load 5 seconds every minute. There are times when you are on WiFi and it still will not load correctly. This almost destroys the purpose of using the mobile app as apposed to the website. On top of this. Many shows have mislabeled and confusing season names which makes traversing the app difficult as well. I would give it 1 star if it didn't occasionally work.
3 ★Good anime, lacking app 1. Recently updated section doesn't go far. 2. Recently updated doesn't say if it's new episode or new dubbed version. 3. Can't read all of title of different options of episodes to see which one is which dub or sub. 4. If episode times out, when you back out it'll skip that episode as if you've already seen it. 5. Would be great if you could filter which video services you want showing up in your recently updated. I just want Crunchyroll/Hidive
5 ★My experience with this app has been amazing so far, but when I decided to log in to my account again and it wouldn't let me watch anything on my watch list. It was loading slow, and saying to retry. I'm just trying to watch my favorite animes, I even tried to watch a new one and it still didn't work. Please help me with my problem, I would appreciate it. Update: it has been fixed on its own, i hope everyone has a great day.
3 ★Its a really amazing app!!! I love it and use it everyday! But the only problem i have with it is...well it doesnt have alot of animes. Its missing quite alot of really popular ones, and cool ones. And also, 3 adds in a row?! Really?! And this has happened alot but, id get through my 3 adds, but then i misclick or lag, and i have to watch 3 more adds. I get its a sale tatic to get people to buy buy your premium or whatever, but its not going to help. Its gonna make people unistall.😒
1 ★Not at all worth it. the app never loads, its always buffering regardless of connection and most of the time its saying go premium despite me already having it, and to top it all off when you download a show for offline viewing it always either error codes you, doesn't have audio or the subtitles dont work despite having subtitles turned on. Id give the app 0 stars if i could
1 ★NEW UPDTE 12/29/20: THIS APP NEEDS FIXING!!! I honestly don't know why I keep downloading this app. Or paying the subscription fee. I'll have perfect connect and either the screen stays black w/sound, stays black w/no loading or the captions aren't synced with the character lines. I love the anime on here but I would recommend going to subscribe to the channels on their own apps. This one sucks.
4 ★Awesome for free. However, watch out for the damn adds. Its almost 3 times as loud as the shows and will blast your eardrums if you wear headphones.
