1 ★There have always been a few problems with the user interface but it was still usable. From the last few weeks I haven't even been able to view any content except the wish listed items. The home page is just blank. I see a lot of other uses complaining about the same since a month, and they still haven't fixed the issues. Shows how prompt they are with the customer feedback. Disappointed.
2 ★i would say it is not fully reliable you need to have a backup. the outfit may be delivered or not in time. Also after delivery if the fitting does not match that is also a problem. they ask to visit physical stores to get replacements. if you can take the risk you can try this app
1 ★Misleading app. The dresses you select on the app aren't available when you go to the store, if a dress is unavailable for a particular date, they should display it on the app as well. Another thing is, the dresses at the store looked shabby and poorly maintained. The staff was unprofessional and didn't even care to properly attend the clients visiting the store. My review is based on the experience of Rajouri Garden Flyrobe store visit.
2 ★Your images never load, ever! I have waited on wifi, 4G and all possible connections. How is one supposed to choose without any image loading? Furthermore, different device means different login, and even if I use the same details and mode, my wishlist is gone! You're definitely loosing business because of this, if nothing else.
5 ★GREAT APP! Fire collection🔥Literally, the best place to rent a dress. Renting an outfit for an occasion makes sense as you wouldn't want the same people to see you in the same dress again. Getting a dress stiched is also quiet costly. Flyrobe is very affordable and also customer friendly. The measurements were accurate and the service is great. All my requests were accepted. Will definitely be renting again.
1 ★What the hell with the app??I have tried 100 times but cant logged in with googld plus..what the heck?? Y dont you people put some efforts and money to make this app atleast work properly, service is the second issue here. 1st atleast the users get an access here...pufff!!!!😢

4 ★Though Initially it was a bit of Chaos, but it all sorted out..I simply love the attire It was amazing, I would love to rent it again.. My only concern is It should be well organised...And should be a proper communication between Online (Call Centre) guy's & with the store workers', It create lot of misunderstanding.. Otherwise I'd rate it 5 stars.. Great experience.
