1 ★The wors app. The returns and refunds are taking 3 weeks of time. Its been 20 days since u have returned my product still I didn't get any refund. Delivery takes minimum 7 days. And when it comes to product, they display one pic and send you another fabric cloths which are not even similar to the displayed pic.
5 ★Latest update is good, small suggestion to koovs update all size charts with all major measurements. Like shoulder, chest, sleeve, shirt length, waist, hip, inseam, trouser length..... Etc . Thank you koovs We love koovs.....

And yeah my order number is - 7765703 , dated Jan 22. I am still waiting for my refund. (9 Mar 2021)
1 ★I've raised my refund request for order number (7746299) on 10 jan 21. It's been a month and i didn't get my refund yet. According to the KOOVS policy money will be refunded between 7-10 days working days. It's been a terrible experience with koovs. I won't recommend any one to buy from koovs.
