2 ★This app is flawed. It has a seriously pathetic way of operating considering how tremendous of a necessity it is. The amount of bugs in the app is frustrating. No matter what you're doing pages seem to freeze, go back on their own, wipe out all of your info, not submit items or info when you choose submit. They hace options on the web browser more helpful and less buggy than the app which makes no sense. Overall, this app and the site itself needs a new team of web designers and coders. Sad.
5 ★Easy and convenient to use. The coupons and browse features are great to use especially trying to find in stock items at my regular and not so regular Cvs stores help me plan my in-store shopping ahead of time. Also refilling my prescriptions are made easy to do! The app rarely has issues in of itself except when reception is poor; but duh! So, don't fix what's not broke!!! ***glare***
1 ★Constantly crashing even with it's frequent updates. Feel like it's getting worse each update. Everytime i try to send my Extra Care Bucks to my card it doesn't show up in my on card list. And when I go back to deals and rewards it no longer has the check mark it has the plus sign again. I've deleted the app, re downloaded to fix it. Nothing. I cleared the cashe, nothing. I pressed "force stop" and still nothing. I even turned my phone off, waited 10 sec and the turned it back on Still NOTHING
2 ★It's freezing up and trying to look at coupons or a item it will take you all the way back to the beginning and you have to start all over again it has bugs please fix this issue this app is still not opening up once you Install it and I have tried about 10 times please fix this problem ASAP cause I need to be able to use it and this is ridiculous
3 ★I prefer CVS over Walgreens for sure! especially with the CVS app. IT'S a lot easier to understand it's not all congested like walgreens App. The only thing I dislike about the CVS app is that it rarely works as it should. It's very slow almost every time I use it, it's constantly kicking me off, I always have to keep updating my store cuz it keeps changing it, & the most frustrating is that it's extremely slow most of the time.
4 ★In the past had some difficulty signing in to app but seems to be working now. Sometimes my medications list has medications listed twice on the list but no idea why. Auto refill keeps turning itself on despite myself shutting it off and no idea why. I have found other apps online for other websites that work better than CVS app though. For the most part it works okay.
1 ★The new updates are horrible. Crashing, not accepting info to change password, unable to arrange deliveries. I have Uninstalled and installed. It recognizes my account information but required me to change my password. Then when I try to reset password, it locks when it is trying to confirm my date of birth. And so ... I couldn't schedule delivery or check on the status of my scripts. Sales associates said that everyone is having problems with the updates -- even them!!
3 ★Offer section needs a "New" category so I don't have to scroll through all the offers each week. Checked off items should only show in the "On Card" section. While scrolling down the offer list to check off, the app usually jumps back to the top of the coupon list at least 2x in the process and I have to start over. All coupons sent to my account should be usable in any combination I want as long as not against policy, even if that means I pay $0 in the end.
4 ★I like the app, but I wish it gave users the ability to cancel a refill request that's on hold. When my doctor sends over a new refill, it's usually too early to be filled, and there's no way to fix it on the app. Currently, the only thing that can be done is to call the pharmacy, speak to someone in the pharmacy, and have them rerun the refill. It would be more efficient for everyone involved, if we could cancel the automatic fill request with a new refill prescription.
1 ★Beware!! They are overcharging! My total was supposed to be 0 after all my coupons and extracare cash, but was charged over 3 dollars! 3 isn't much but if they do it enough it adds up! The website is the same, probably doing the same in store. I haven't went to the store in awhile though but if they are doing it in the app and website probably store as well! Just thought I'd let everyone know! Wasn't the first time they did that to me either! I'll be purchasing from somewhere else from now on!!!
1 ★Easy to use once you're all set up - This was the app in June. I switched phones and tried to log back into the app this October, 2023. I had to get a new phone because the other one broke. Now, the app AND the website us impossible to use! I had the hardest time signing in in the first place, I called customer service and I was able to sign in. But now, after signing in to the app, when do I have to sign in again to see my prescriptions? And the sign-in part for prescriptions Does Not Work!
1 ★This is undoubtedly one of the worst apps I've ever had to use, in attempting to get rxs filled. Each time my employer does open enrollment, I pray that we will quit being forced to use CVS, in part because of this app. It sends mixed messages, is unavailable due to problems constantly, and I wouldn't use it at all if their phone system was any better.
