1 ★I booked the taxi, while book they told me I can bring up to 8 bags with me in the app. Then few 2 hours before they called and told me that I have pay additional £25 if I want to continue with the ride. Worst service ever. Do not trust this service ever.

5 ★Easy to use

1 ★Decided to give app a try. Price shown for cash £6.50. When changed to card it changed to between £6.50 & £9.75. Decided best to book over the phone only to be told no availability till the morning as drivers were going home (at 10pm on a Bank Holiday weekend). I pointed out the app was allowing you to book only to be told by the operator the app was a "nightmare" and that had a booked on it she'd have just had to cancel the booking when it came through. Definitely do not use.

1 ★Wouldn't waste your phone battery or data to download this app, they always cancel the taxi if booked via the app. Its a bloody useless app as real times aren't being used 🙄🤦🏼‍♀️ When they call to cancel the booking its usually a quite abrupt and unhelpful woman, I'd even go as far as to say she comes across rude! Avoid them!

1 ★Cancelled 2 hours after booking for the evening, second time I've used the app and second time they've cancelled. Needs a feature which tells you there is none available rather than confirming so you assume you have a taxi and then cancelling hours later so you can't get where you need to be.

1 ★Can't recommend this app. You are better off calling directly.

1 ★Could not imagine a more patronising, randomly accusative and rude taxi apps. Who manages this company and in what bizarre world do they imagine they are satisfactory in the minimum expectation in customer service? Dear lord. Avoid.

1 ★The app is terrible the driver was rude and I got a call to tell me that I have to stop booking because I booked too many taxis when the app told me that the booking didn't go through. I was told to learn to use the app very rude panther cabs are so much better

1 ★Absolute scam, took money before booking was complete, then cancelled the booking and didn't refund the money. Don't install.

1 ★What's the point of booking a taxi literally 12hrs ahead of time for a flight if they're gonna be late and make you misd it? Absolutely atrocious, should've stuck with panther
