3 ★I have used this app since the first launched. But today very disappointed with driver I have dropped the location but he has cancelled without informing me first and measure km by his way the price is expensive just 10.6km he charges 18000riel. Admin should review with driver again.
1 ★App is okay. But the drivers are not. They book your order and pick up other passengers along their way, making you wait for them to arrive on their destination and that's the only time you can book another passapp. I hope there's a cancel button for the app users as well. Other drivers, doesn't swipe upon arrival and asks for more money. Disappointing...
1 ★I didn't get past the account setup. The is app might be good for locals, but part of the setup process is for the app to send you a verification code via SMS. This requires tourists to incur additional costs due to mobile phone roaming fees. There's an option to login via Google, however that doesn't solve the issue. Why not email the customer their verification code, or use WhatsApp?
5 ★Good price for long trip.
4 ★I use this app several times a week. Frustrating, as others say, that you can't cancel a ride when the driver picks up the wrong person. Most of my problems with PassApp are driver related, drivers going the wrong way, unable to read their map, making a "mistake" when stating the fare etc., but many of their drivers are excellent.
4 ★The app is good and very useful overall, thanks! One thing I would suggest is that you offer a 3D view of the road to the destination as most drivers don't know how to read the map when they need to drive towards the south. In that case I need to indicate them each turn. It's not the end of the world but that would be very useful for the drivers. In Siem Reap all the drivers I had so far were honest compared to Phnom Penh where they stop the app and use their own meter after few minutes.
5 ★I had experience of using there service in Phnom Penh twice and it was a very good experience as far as promptness was concerned and one thing more is that there was no fleecing from foreigner tourist like us. Only thing lagging is that there driver do not know English language so it was very difficult to converse. But overall my experience was good and l repent for not using their services in Siem Reap.

4 ★It is a very good app but recently I have encountered many drivers who were trying to cheat the system by asking the client to cancel the booking after got into their cars. please do not just cut and paste your standard reply. It looks so unprofessional. if you just being paid to response online review, can you do your job better? It is a disgrace to you as an employee.
