1 ★Most retarded app ever. You cannot chose the language other than your country (expats, travellers - helloo!). You cannot see rides other than in "your country" (why?). You cannot choose other currency. You cannot change the country once chosen, only uninstall the app. Every 2-3 days you need to relogin, and the app always wants to use 3DS or change password (but the app remembers all your passwords).. Impossible to use..
2 ★Trash app. So many shortcomings in the app. The idea is good but the execution is pretty poor. They changed my name after uploading an ID image and I was unable to revert to my name. Don't upload the pictures properly. The route maps are trash and we can't set the route.
5 ★I've been using BlaBla since many years and the experience has been amazing. Something they should work on is weeding out the Ertiga commerical guys who register as rides and cancel when they cannot get a full ride. I will keep using this app.
4 ★I like the app for it's efficient way to offer and search easily and fast for both, travelers and lifts. The new boost tecnology allows even better finding of travelers that are in between the offered route. Downsides: limitation in price setting and that you cannot ask through message for extra charges if people ask for extra service. I also think that the app charges lately a bit to much on the traveler's site, I suppose they can as there is basically no competition.
4 ★While the app is helpful, there are some serious problems to be fixed: 1. Chat, search and overall experience isn't the best/fast enough even on a fast internet connection where other apps work good. 2. [Not an app issue] Still don't understand why the drivers can't choose to enter the desired fare. What's the point of forcing system generated fares only to set false expectations for the riders when the drivers ask for more anyway?
4 ★Bla bla has provided us great platform where we can easily join or offer rides from one city to another! There is a huge potential in this app and can be much more! Some problems are there in the system which can be eliminated if some thought is given to that!
5 ★Very useful app to get company of co-travellers. However, co-travellers should be made to pay a small amount at the time of booking, so that even if fhey cancel the ride at the last moment the car owner will not be totally at a loss.
1 ★I pushlised my first ride and it says its full and I can't see any passengers. Looks like Your Instant booking feature is not fully synchronised. Now I am stuck in non editable format of ride, on browsing it says my ride is full but I cant see any passengers on my ride. Even can't delete the ride to re-publish with instant booking kept off.
1 ★Carpooling is good but there should a prior notification if any driver is going to cancel therl ride. Also, except bla bla message we don't have any other option to contact driver if he is definitely going to destination. I booked two rides from Lucknow to Delhi and the drivers cancelled the ride but I did not get any notification. I called them and then they informed me the ride has been cancelled. Pathetic experience first time. That's the reason I uninstalled the app. Not going to use any mor
4 ★Very nice platform for ride sharing. Only issue is that when people cancel a ride at last minute or don't show up at all, there should be a way to penalise them otherwise they keep doing it.
5 ★With respective to the app, it seems good and helps solo travellers to join a group. Some people are misusing it so, better book cab from verified profiles only.
3 ★I can't change my name. Also if it's possible you should make it mandatory to put number plate photo and number of car while publishing a ride. So passenger can check if it's a taxi or genuine user.
