1 ★Constantly missing pre book times, if the app shows 10 minutes expect waaaaay more than that, I'd suggest using another company of you want to get somewhere at a specific time. Made my wife and I late so many times it's beyond a joke now. Since changing to Skyline this company has gone downhill, at least they are consistent in that much.

1 ★It used to give you an estimate (or fixed price, from airports) before booking. With this new app you have no idea of how much it's going to cost. I don't know why there have been so many changes over the last couple of years. Changes to improve make sense. But these are changes for the sake of changing and actually getting basic things like the (now lack of) price estimates WORSE.
3 ★Updates getting worse. Usually I'll be getting a track of taxi allocated to me along with the details, but now it blankly shows the expected time of arrival which mostly gets reset when nearing to zero mins. So you'll end up waiting at the road. And this app bugs your phone with its notifications Taxi gives you a comparative cheaper rates and one of the few taxi services which uses mobile app. But it needs more concentration on the app
1 ★Dreadful app. 1. Won't let me actually put my address in for pickup (gps has wrong number). 2. When finding the "from" address it replaces it with the destination! 3. Can't add home address to favourite places...although it is there in the pick list it says not found. Nightmare. Why did you change it???
4 ★Just had a short distance drive. The app was buggy with the first driver, who I think didn't want to take me in. First it showed that he was nearby, then 6 min away and then that he has cancelled (also with a call that he cancelled after a 1sec). The 2nd driver though was brilliant, quick call to confirm where I am, clean car and nice service. (2021 number) Hope to get more trips like this in a future, despite thing read in other reviews.
1 ★Just don't work. Don't get my address from GPS the address pre existing isn't my so need change that. I can't write my destination because the App don't open. So I wrote a note to driver. I did a pre booking but I'm not sure if is work because I didn't receive any confirmation. It's really need to be fix.
2 ★Still got that horrible intro. I dont know about others but I want to book a taxi. I really dont need to see a woman with her phone followed by a high view of a car driving up a winding road. Why do we need that. I telephoned the office last week where I was assured that skyline had learned a lesson and there would be no longwinded intro in the updated app. Yet here it is.
2 ★Was great, really handy until the facelift... Now it absolutely won't let me pick a destination. It'll search, find what I'm looking for, add it to the destination field...and then do nothing. Can't book, can't get an estimate, and if I go back it's forgotten where I am and where I'm going. Totally pointless endeavour
2 ★the app used to be really good and worked perfectly until recently when it broke so now i cant book a taxi from the app without being told their is a system fault. then when i try to ring instead which is what the app tells me i need to do it takes me to the milton keynes number. how is that helpful when i live in Northampton?! shame because the app used to super helpful
1 ★Shocking consistently bad serv8ce. You get a message saying taxi has arrived. 10 mins later still no taxi. App tells you its 4 mins away. 5 mins later, its still 4 mins away. You call driver and ge says 2 mins away. 4 mins later, still no driver. You call the main number and they say he has been and gone. They book.again. 25 mins late, he finally turns up. Add to that the cars generally stink and are dirty, I would rather pay more for a black taxi. Avoid like the plague. Terrible.
