· Je bent altijd op de hoogte van jouw verbruik, zelfs in detail!
· Bekijk je facturen.
· Schaf MB Extra aan als je internetbundel op is of wijzig je bundel als je maandelijks toch meer MB's of minuten nodig hebt.
· Wijzig je adres of IBAN-nummer, zet je voicemail aan of uit en check je pukcode.
· Vraag een vervangende simkaart aan of activeer je nieuwe simkaart.
· Vind het antwoord op jouw vraag onder Service.
· Log gemakkelijk en snel in met je vingerafdruk of pincode. Of blijf altijd ingelogd door te kiezen voor ‘Geen codeslot instellen’.
· Heb je meerdere nummers in je Ben account? Geen probleem. Veeg de belstatus eenvoudig naar links of rechts om het verbruik van de andere mobiele telefoonnummers te bekijken.
