1 ★New name is retarded, new border crossing messages are worse than before, horrible app and English isn't fully supported... and they also increased the price of the service. Time to switch to a different provider.

1 ★Incredibly slow and constantly getting stuck in a loading loop. Just terrible, the Tele2 app was fine!

1 ★Irresponsive, slow, irrelevant sections. Besides useless, it's also extremely ugly. Having just changed from Lebara to T mobile, it is just unbelievable how bad T mobile's app is when you compare it to Lebara's. Also, the fact that they don't have a fully English version is difficult to understand, when other smaller companies are flawless on that.

4 ★Gorgeous app UI & fonts, i like it! Much better then the old Tele2 app. Allot of buttons have a link to external browser, i'd prefer if everything could be done in the app itself. To much loading time.

3 ★The main reason I have this app is to check my remaining MB's. But to no avail even that fails. Please add a refresh button to the MB screen to cancel out the inaccuracies, just like on the website where u can refresh after 30s or something. Its a pain in the a** to not be able to get a new MB booster after you get an SMS stating you depleted over 80% whilst the app is still showing that you have over 80% left... I'd give a lower rating if it weren't for quick support on the online chat.

1 ★Can't get anything done in the app, it keeps on loading even after reopening and closing the app. I'm also locked out of my own invoices and thus can't view/do anything with them?

3 ★Just got a textmessage Sept7"23 2.45pm that Odido is collaborating with TMobile or something. Didn't know and a bit late with sending me a notification 😳 Thought it was a scam or possible hack cause of the weird name!!!!! So uninstalled the app ASAP 😏

1 ★Useless app, errors everywhere, nowhere near the old T-Mobile app. Besides, it's just a wrapper for the website, not a real app. -1 stars should be the rating!
