Thanks for using Marktplaats! We've made a number of improvements in this update. Some you'll notice, while others are technical in nature. Go to Downloads
- Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files

3 ★Multilingual and User Experience Design can be improved.
1 ★Annoying notifications that try to let you use the app everyday, online webshops making ads for every single product they have and get the first row for search result because they can deliver, buyer notifications don't come in on time (or not at all) so you lose a good bid, ads, people that are able to review you negative just because you've had a chat about a product you or they sell, the 'pay money so your product becomes more visable but only for a limited time'. Yeah...
5 ★Well designed and very intuitive application to buy, sell or trade practically everything. Only one remark / ask to the developers team, selecting English Taal isn't changing all the UI options, like the main layout or the ballons on the reviews with the buyers/sellers (along other places) which is very annoying, just check and amend please. Dankewel.
1 ★The app has stopped giving me notifications for a while now. I've missed out on many sales because they just won't come through and people lose interest because of the long wait.
2 ★App doesn't show any push notifications. Other users also complaint about not knowing about the bids they get. This happens already for at least 6 months.
2 ★Notifications for messages don't work. Even after checking the settings and re-installing the app.
1 ★Can't log into account. Two step verification sends to an unknown phone number. Can't change password. Tried signing up with a second email account but I must have tried it already cos it says that email is also already used but when I try to send email to change password it doesn't arrive. I'm guessing I got hacked at some point but there's literally no way to get my account back, and the online help chat is only in Dutch.
4 ★Great app.But the pictures may be of higher quality.For instance, when seller pretends to sell an "as new" product, being able to properly zoom in to rule out any scratches on the surface of the harware makes a world of a difference.Same when selling a product yourself, so you can backup your sales talk with good pictures.Also high quality e.g. would add value when showing indications of what in and outs are available on equipment. Reduce server space by adjusting pic limit instead. Thanks
1 ★The platform doesn't at all leverage the basic functionary necessary for this business model. Compared with the German competition it's really bad, because: it does not enforce public bidding through the bidding function, so people just bid through private messages, which makes tracking very difficult. Also there is no easy access to a person's rating, thereby instilling bad behaviour of users (going days without feedback or simply stopping replying in the midst of a deal). Really disappointed.
4 ★App is easy to use & better than using the site. You get notified everytime sme reacts to you posts (for messages/bids) so you can answer quickly. Uploading pics is easy; app has algorithms that scan your pic to find the best category to place your product in. Kinda creepy but fine. Downer is the tool for cropping pics. It doesn't always pick up well what you're doing. And you can't view all your own pics by swiping them while uploading a new post. Sucks when you're checking 15 pics.
1 ★If someone scams you and steal your money .they won't do anything for you .not even block the scammer . It's almost impossible to reach customer service. And it's pointless they won't listen to you or do anything
4 ★Functionality is good, but the refresh problems make it annoying to work with. Reserving adds, removing adds, messages, each time you have to fully close and reopen the app to see the changes. This has been going on for several versions now. It's not hard to make an app that properly refreshes.
