Das Herzstück dieser Software ist der Transfer von Know-how und die Kommunikation, sowie das digitale Partnermanagement auf allen Ebenen (Franchise-Geber, Franchise-Partner, Mitarbeiter und externe Partner). Informationen darüber, was im Franchise-System passiert, scheinen aus den operativen Systemen auf.
Information und Wissen wird permanent vermittelt. Videos und e-learning in Einarbeitungs- und Weiterbildungsstufen. Es entsteht „produktive und motivierende Transparenz“ innerhalb des Franchise-Systems.
