5 ★Great to track your flights.

2 ★silver passenger, 1. Despite using the app frequently, every time i check in, i must key in my passport details via APIS. WHY?! 2. Notifications aren't timely, airport announcements and info is far quicker, few times gate changed and was notified almosy too late.

2 ★It was brilliant in terms of being on top of your flight. When it comes to Check In on the app & widget - rubbish. I had to go into the website for that. Improve, please!!

1 ★Adding my voice to the choire. Used to work fine, but now I don't get my bookings registered and trying to add a booking manually just gives "Please wait..." and then "Connection error. Tap here to refresh". Will update if they ever fix this.

4 ★Great app for traveling and having your flight tickets stored. I wish the app would also show information/whereabouts about checked luggage as well and have the tiny ticket that a passenger gets when bringing checked luggage, if that makes sense.

1 ★It is not possible to update to a new phone number, it tries to verify with old number which I don't have anymore !!, Also once my flight was cancelled and they rebooked me to an earlier flight and no notification nothing was sent, I received an email one day after the flight!!

5 ★Best flight managing app. Beats Lufthansa, KLM, United and any other i have tried. Easy to reserve, re-book, cancel and check in. Easy to download news papers and magazines the day you travel. If anything it should give the possibility to watch TV, movies etc. like the United app does.

5 ★It's a good travel app for all star alliance travels. Would be great if you could integrate and make it easier to upgrade flights both on SAS and other Star Alliance members - also if booked through a 3rd party. Thanks.

1 ★Initially, it requires that you have a EuroBonus card in your account for absolutely no reason. Then, even when I create that miles card, it doesn't even let me log in, for no reason. Just says "Failed to log you in"

3 ★Incredibly slow and non responsive. You click a button, it looks like nothing is happening and then a few seconds later the screen updates. Offers the check-in button on flights where I'm already checked in.

1 ★Checked in which was all well and good but I obviously need a boarding pass. click on display boarding passes; "we have no boarding passes saved". So clearly the least useful app in existence.

1 ★Like other users, I am unable to log in. It keeps telling me to reset my password, but then doesn't recognise the new one either. A great waste of time. Will try again in a week to see if it's been fixed. If not, I'll uninstall.
