1 ★Don't do it. If you think you're only buying a 1 week subscription, no, it's a recurring 1 week subscription until you notice they've been charging you week after week. Then they make it as difficult as possible for you to cancel your subscription. To cancel you HAVE TO be on an actual computer, the cancel link is super small, and light gray against a white background to be hard to see, and they make you go through 4 or 5 more screens to actually cancel. Good companies do not do this.
4 ★I like the app but sometimes it freezes and does not respond or it will not shut down lyft or uber. Problem was that they keep updating the apps. I also went in with high expectations thinking it will auto block certain rides, which was not the case. I still think it's worth it just by the way it switches seamlessly 90 percent of the time. Also my ratings went up and it is partially because of the app.
1 ★I didn't have a problem with the app itself, but when I no longer needed it it was impossible to unsubscribe. They make it so difficult to do so that I had to go through my bank to do a stop payment. I've emailed them (with no response. Twice.). I finally found the unsubscribe button of which you have to go on a computer, not on the mobile site and it was still difficult and then they still charged me the next time. Epic fail on service. Seems like a shady company.
2 ★More trouble than it's worth. I used the app on and off last year with lukewarm results. I found it rather unintuitive and experienced many issues. I fared better when the app was turned off. I had purchased a one year subscription but stopped using the app after two months and cancelled my account. Now a year later, surprise...my account was not cancelled, my subscription auto-renewed and I was charged another yearly fee. I am now dealing with that nonsense. Trying to stop it, get a refund, etc.
3 ★It's good. I don't know about $10 a month good. Update: Downgrading from 4 to 3. App often works slow, causing ride requests to appear after one has been accepted. There are other issues too. I don't have time to report all of them while on the road. Really not worth the subscription fee. Should be a one time purchase. If i have more issues, I'm going to cancel.
1 ★Dishonest company. Do not patronize. I have had to dispute their charges more than once with my bank (and will now have to again). They make it impossible to cancel and do not respond to emails or to messages through their website. Do not give them your money.
1 ★I too like other drivers Initially liked this app but now I am seeing the many flaws in it. You pay $10 a month for an app full of bugs. currently drivers are not able to use the lyft portion because of an update yet we still are paying $10 a month for it. Also, when you are on a trip if you have to respond to a passenger messaging you or have to open another app, the mystro app kicks you out and takes you right back to the driving map. I cannot begin to tell you how annoying that is
1 ★this is my third review and Mystro keeps going down. It was so good but it stopped working. Now even downloading their current app from their website it does not work. And the worst thing is it does not let you work. I have been about to crash couple of times trying to shut it down and trying to regain control of my cell phone. it auto renewed for this month but I already set a reminder to cancel it before next renewal if they don't fix it for good and start notifying about its status.
1 ★It was easier for me to just use both Uber and Lyft apps than just Mystro. I tried to cancel but there is no way to find out your account status and cancel through the app or website. I had to cancel through a number of emails finally. They of course charged me for a second month at this point, and will not give me a refund for it. Just scamming drivers out of what little profits we are making. Thanks.
1 ★I have attempted to cancel this subscription service for months now. I haven't been charge in a couple of months, deleted the app, only to review my checking account to find a charge from this app. I had to download the app again, reset password bc I don't remember, go through the nonsense of cancelling, just to be told that I have access until the next billing cycle. As many have said, the app doesn't work well.
1 ★Before the latest update this app was clunky and unreliable. As of a couple days ago its completely broken. It can't bring any app online. Naturally support is completely unresponsive. I was unimpressed before the current version. As of this tragic new version, I'm going to close my account and go back to doing things manually. I don't recommend this app to anyone.
2 ★I subscribed a couple of years ago. It worked great. But then it stopped working with Lyft. This defeated the purpose of the app. I was told to go to a site on my PC. I was never able to load it with a "fixed" version of the app. When it worked it was great. Great idea but until it works with Lyft, I'll pass. Only wish they could get it working like it used to.
