Aplikasi Parents Corner (Pusat Pembelajaran Keluarga) merupakan aplikasi hasil kerjasama antara Universitas Diponegoro dengan Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak (DP3A) Kota Semarang, yang merupakan buah gagasan digitalisasi Pusat Pembelajaran Keluarga demi mencegah serta menanggulangi kasus kekerasan terhadap anak.Adapun fitur dalam aplikasi yaitu :
1. Materi (Berisi kurikulum parenting yang akan menuntun orangtua dalam pola asuh yang baik)
2. Kawal (Berisi halaman pengaduan terkait kekerasan terhadap anak)
3. Konsultasi (Berisi kolom chat untuk dipergunakan sebagai sarana untuk bertanya terkait parenting).
Kiranya aplikasi ini dapat menjadi “Agen Penghubung” untuk mencegah dan menanggulangi kasus kekerasan terhadap anak melalui upaya pembelajaran terhadap keluarga yang dikelola oleh Pemerintah Kota Semarang. Melalui aplikasi ini, kiranya setiap keluarga menyadari bahwa setiap anak pada hakikatnya membutuhkan perawatan, perlindungan, pengajaran, dan kasih sayang oleh orang tua mereka, agar kebutuhan fisik, mental, sosial dan spiritual mereka terjamin. Terlebih lagi setiap anak merupakan tunas, potensi, dan generasi muda penerus cita-cita perjuangan bangsa yang memiliki peran strategis dan potensial untuk menjaga kelangsungan eksistensi bangsa dan negara di masa depan. Untuk itu, peran orangtua dan lingkungan menjadi sangat krusial dalam tumbuh kembang anak.
