1 ★app is not accurate. when signal is lost it tags you with a hard brake and will give you a hard acceleration when it reconnects. it will tag you with a hard acceleration when your transmission downshifts out of overdrive when passing or going up steep hills. the fact that you have to go to the dashboard and download data to see your hard brakes or accelerations is a big downer and defeats the purpose of training people to be better drivers. you need to e able to see everything on one app to be ef
1 ★rates your driving by time of day you drive, my job requires me to be on-call so driving at night is part of my job and I shouldn't be penalized for that. Having to drive at night or frequently does not make you a bad driver or high risk, in my opinion people who rarely drive are less experienced & in my opinion much more likely to cause accidents.
1 ★Automatic was written by an amateur developer, purchased by an uninformed insurance company and frustrates the customers who are coerced into using it. It causes new phones by Samsung to crash and hang, won't synchronize and you can not shut the notifications from waking you up while sleeping in your bed in the house.
1 ★The maps are not detailed enough. The satellite does not update the position of the driver in accurate and in real time. If there is something out there other than this app I suggest that you get it. I don't like that you have to go outside of the app to contact the driver and tell them which direction to go in And I don't like the fact that you cannot change the view You are only seeing a bird's eye view

With these advances and due to the expense of maintaining apps on legacy technology, the adapter powering your current Automatic service will no longer be supported after August 31, 2019.
1 ★Garbage company.. don't buy their products.. they will create a new app every year and stops supporting older products. The device becomes a brick and they will sell a new product which works another year.. shady as hell.. i dont understand why this company even exists
1 ★Same as previous reviews. My adapter is no longer supported through an app. Thus, I have an expensive paperweight.
1 ★I tried to set it up in my car, I get to the very last step and the prompt keeps telling me that I can't connect for whatever reason and no one has gotten back to me yet.
4 ★Doesn't do the monthly driving analysis anymore. Edit: Last update fixed that bug. Great app, sometimes takes a few minutes before it registers the car has moved, but I suspect it has to do with cell/GPS service.
1 ★bought new phone and now app will not connect to device. tells me to download another app called classic that doesn't exist.
3 ★The map is really outdated. Needs to use a map service more up to date. The data lags more the longer I use the app location functions.
