Mobile Reporter is an application relying on Pulse software suite developed by HITEC Luxembourg S.A. for humanitarian organisations.Its aim is to report information on site to your head-quarter, keeping a high resilience when no connection is available. The application contains following tools for reporting:
- Location tracking and tracing.
- Localized pictures and videos.
- Map assessment via POI libraries (Ocha, emergency.lu).
- Localized messages.
- Localized alert in case of emergency or entrance in an unsafe zone.
This application is especially designed to work even with poor or no connection in remote non connected areas or after a disaster when the communication infrastructure are destroyed. All data are recorded in case the device is off-line and sent automatically when returning on-line.
