1 ★It used to work great nearly every single time. The last update removed the ability to start a search from my Pixel 6's pull down menu. In environments where it used to have no trouble picking out music from background noise, it consistently fails to find any results. Anyone speaking nearby or any sounds that approach the level of the music playing (environments like stores or restaurants, where it was most useful) breaks the search entirely. Whatever got changed made the app basically useless.
4 ★Even though I'm almost always connected to wifi or cellular data, Shazam ALWAYS says I'm offline, and says will show results when back online. I have not been able to use this incredible service in about 6 months. That is the only reason I'm currently rating this app 4 stars. The app, for years beforehand, worked impeccably, and I found so many good songs that I still listen to to this day. Thank you for that.
1 ★This app for a long time now has a stuttering playback problem when you pick a song and follow the links for "similar songs" and continue playing them. The stuttering starts after a couple of songs in the list play continuously. The beauty is there's absolutely no way to contact Shazam/Apple for support or report the issue. High end phone and data being used and tested on two different phones. Nice work Apple, lack of quality assurance and testing.
1 ★Wrong songs almost every time. Not worth using! Almost every time I use this useless app, I can't find what I'm looking for. I can try the same song over and over with different results that are not even close to the song. This has heen done, both letting it listen through the app and microphone. It doesn't matter. It either won't find the song or not at all. Accuracy is abysmal. Don't rely on it if you want to find something that catches your ear. Yes, I even tested it with songs I know.
5 ★most certainly a 5star application hands down. "ever have that moment where you cang thinking what's the name of the song stuck in your head ?" well turn it up loud enough hit the shazam button and within 8 seconds.probkem solved. !!!! .you have no idea what you're passing up. you can have access to music charts ,releases all across the United states, search any artist,song album.create own playlists as well. There's never been any bugs,malfunctions ever since first download.
4 ★Getting Shazam on my phone has been the best thing I'll ever do whenever I get a new phone. I've used it for over 2 yrs and the experience is perfect. I wish I could give you a five star but there's a little problem I always encounter whenever the Shazam recognizes the song.I mean some songs don't have their exact lyrics and most of the songs are not playing in their full length. I feel like only the previews of the songs are just played. But overall , I thank the developers for the effort done.
4 ★This app is amazing. It recognises every song in less than one second (literally). It even helped me find a song from its lyrics that I hadn't forgotten since I was 10 years old. I love it, highly recommend. Edit: my experience has worsened over time. It takes longer now and the app is bloated. Widgets don't work as expected and the microphone usage is suspicious sometimes.
5 ★The app is amazing and I love listening to music through the app, but my only concern is that when I play a music it won't go half before it changes to a different song , sometimes the song I check doesn't even start from the beginning but it shows lyrics to the songs and makes all the bad sides seem . In all, I love the app
1 ★Cannot work. When I wanted to record the song, it says no result found. :( Recently even found out that it didn't synchronize with my previous accounts songs that I've used the app to check onto (my phone had some problem and had to restore to factory settings). Pleaseee fix, otherwise there's no point in having this app when it's account sync is as if the same as not having an account at all
3 ★Works well enough. But you cannot listen to the song anymore. There's only an Apple Music link. And when you click on it, it takes you to Google Play Store, even if you have the Apple Music app already installed. So basically this app gives you a track name but you need a PC on the side to google the name of the song to double check if that is indeed the right song or not. But Shazam used to work better than this, didn't it?
1 ★What happened?! Used to be so good. cannot find songs sometimes. Mostly use it when listening to jazz and classical music. 😳 How come the Wear version starts finding songs right away but phone version requires me to click on the Shazam symbol after it's opened. I am driving and realize that it's still waiting for me to click it. Miss the song! Would be nice if it went back after showing u the song info. By the time I realize it I've miss a chance to click back button so I can click the symbol
2 ★Used to work great, the past 3 months or so it has been useless. Most of the time it comes up empty, when it doesn't the track is incorrect, sometimes if I try one song multiple times back to back it gives me multiple results.
