1 ★the most recent update is terrible. if i exit the live feed for any reason, opening it again just pulls up a glitchy view and i have to restart the app. I used to be able to pause the audio so when i go into my sons room there isn't a constant echo but sometimes it doubles the sound and muting will only silence the double noise and I have to restart to be able to pause or not here an instant echo. I used to love the video so i could check on my son without disturbing him.
5 ★Edit: From one star to 5. I still have the very rare connection issue, but the glitches have been fixed and customer support did a good job following up. Sound quality is back to normal and the camera resolution is really good. I appreciate the work put in to fix the previous problems.
5 ★I had several issues with connectivity the first few months of use. Lately, it has been working perfectly. I was using 2 monitors for awhile because I wasn't able to trust this app. I feel confident while using this app now. Thanks for continuing to make improvements.
1 ★Frequently fails to connect to camera or drops stream. App will just close without a reason. Features like breathing monitor and movement usually don't work. Very bad, cannot recommend the app or the camera.
2 ★Loved this monitor until the update. It is constantly offline and glitchy. More times than not it has made me more anxious looking at the monitor than relieved with the constsnt twitching and lagging along with the lack of being connected. Would have recommended prior to the updates, now wish we made a different choice.

1 ★the most frustrating system ever! the breathing monitor does not work, the connection is unreliable and the alerts are always wrong. To reconnect the system you have to use a high pitched noise that disrupts your babys sleep and defeats the purpose of the camera! please save yourself some money and buy something else
1 ★DO NOT BUY, UNSAFE! my child was in his crib for the night, he woke up and began squirming. he got his arm stuck between the lattice of his crib and and began crying. the app had been lagged out between 1:30 am and 2:30 am. no notification audio or video while we slept. who knows how long he was stuck like that. fortunately we woke up and heard him crying. needless to say this camera is going to straight to the trash.
1 ★Unreliable and very frustrating. Breathing monitor doesnt work most of the time and when I open app the camera is offline. I usually have to re connect the camera to wifi and pray my baby doesnt wake up with the beeping when configuring. Now I cant get it to configure all of a sudden. Very frustrating! I bought camera last fall and my daughter was born March 1st and I'm sure I cant return now. I would love to go with something more reliable! Total waste of money!!
4 ★this cam has amazing quality, but it has a horrible feedback/static sound always there. also, at times it wont send me notifications or takes 2-3 hours to let me know she is asleep or crying. if there was a way to fix the sound i would give it 5 stars.
1 ★UPDATE: STOP MAKING YOUR UPDATES Every time you make a change, the app gets worse. I have to shut down the app because it doesn't load and glitches like crazy. And just now it shut down my email because the app keeps trying to load. We are done with this! We are looking for a new monitor because we can't keep dealing with this. The app doesn't work and goes off for the slightest movement when she is sleeping at night which doesn't allow me to sleep. This app has become the worst app I've used.
1 ★We've been using this for about 4 months. I updated the app on 2/22/2019 and still have the same problems. The past few weeks, it's been lagging horribly; sound and video glitch and I NEVER see what's really going on live. To add, my baby won't even be in the room sometimes and the app sends me false alerts that my baby isn't breathing or no movement is seen. If this doesn't resolve, it'l be considered an absolute waste of money and I'll be contacting the company.
