3 ★I really love the camera quality especially in the night. However my one big issue is not being able to have different alarm types for various notifications. It's either your phone rings for every type of event notification or it doesn't ring and just has a pop up notification. I first tried having the ring alarm on but then my phone was constantly going off as it picked up my dogs walking in front of the camera in the night. I really just want the ring alarm when there's crying or loud noises.

2 ★Used to rate this app/camera very highly but after a year, I got a better experience. Camera is more offline than working, every time there's a firmware update it goes offline until you start the update. Nothing special about it, without the optional sensor it's nothing as it simply does the same job a $25 camera does.

3 ★This app needs a lot of work. Awesomen when it's working but drops signal way too often. (Internet connection is not the issue) Constantly having to restart the app and or the camera. For a baby monitor that costs $200+ the app should be flawless.

1 ★Very disappointing product. Incredibly unreliable. Loses connectivity frequently, even with good WiFi signal and no WiFi issues being experienced on other devices. Works one day and then doesn't work at all for several days, without any good reason.

2 ★Takes an age to get the video feed working on my phone often. The picture is clear but there is s very noticable lag as well

1 ★Barely a week goes by when we dont have to repair it. Pain in the proverbial. Pluss we got sucked into getting the additional sensor. Which for the same reason is barely ever available because of...who know why!?!?! Ps. We have a range ext nder and i run a support desk. This thing is a friggin mystery!

2 ★Slow to open video. When it first opens it shows you the last frame which may show your baby sleeping when it isn't. Hard to operate and set up. Would not buy again or recommend
