2 ★Used to kind of work with glitches, but ever since your last update for "bug fixes and iMpRoVeMeNtS" the app is useless. I firmly believe an 8 year old coded this app, and then quit, so you hired a 7 year old.

1 ★This app is great for doing telehealth. The major problem is it is a battery MONSTER. This app overheats my device EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. That means it shuts down my device in the middle of my appointments. It has done that in every single appointment I have had. It needs to be fixed NOW. Especially if it is to be used to tell people about their health
1 ★I use this app for work and use it almost every day. There are terrible connection issues. Also terrible sound problems. Half the time the sound doesn't come through or it sounds like I am typing the entire time and is extremely distracting. It is also a HUGE battery hog. I can easily lose 50% of my battery in a single call. This app needs some major fixing.
1 ★Terrible app. I just signed my life away to have a meeting with my doctor. After following the yellow brick road to get to the doctor, I could barely hear her and she could not hear me at all. Yes, my mic was on. I ended up with using the video on the app for visual and the telephone for audio. Unacceptable. I have used two other apps for video visits with doctors with no problems. This app just needs to go. Scrap it and start from the beginning.
3 ★Uses tons of data and burns threw power...
3 ★Able to connect easily for medical appointments but unable to disconnect. Choosing end call doesn't and ap continues to use tons of memory while not in use.
1 ★I have been trying for 2 days to down load and this app will not down load says a constant ",pending" and I have Dr appointment in 2 hours.
1 ★To me I use video connect for my online work. Video connect was a one star for me because there was many bugs that needs to be fixed such as when you use anything such as headphones or earphones other people can actually hear you what you put in the headphones which makes it really bad. And the way you use it is also real bad. And its not at all like the app description quality cause whatever pc or camera you are using the quality of the camera will be still bad.
3 ★Bummer I can't use my rooted phone. But the laptop version won't show my Dr on the video. They can see me, I can only hear them. Sucks.
