1 ★This app is absolutely horrible. If you make a mistake on the payments, or leave to window to get the needed password, you can no longer pay your bill, I cannot tell you how frustrating and inconvenient your app is. For all the ungodly amounts you charge your customers, the least you can do is have a pleasant service experience. Don't bother downloading this trash.
1 ★(1) Multiple problems with payment not only through the app but also through the site. And on top of that they keep sending messages reminding you that you haven't paid---i.e it's your fault, customer. No apologies of course. (2) They change their privacy policy maybe once a week. Every other time you open the app you're asked to login.
1 ★Trying to pay a bill through this has become completely impossible since even after correctly filling in the info in the external service (incredibly inconvenient. Thanks, I hate it.) the app won't accept the payment because of a privacy policy update that I have already accepted but the app says I haven't and there seems to be no way to accept it in the app anymore. Should probably delete to save space and spare myself the now pointless notifications.
2 ★I have this app for only one reason, to charge my phone credit. After the last update this function is totally broken. If I don't charge my credit I can lose the number and all of this just because QA testing costs money so let the user be the beta tester. Update: Don't know if it helps but after updating the chrome browser to v. 83.04193.106 I was able to complete the payment successfully. There is still issue with the latest version of Firefox.
5 ★so far my experience with the app was excellent. after the last update however I'm having trouble navigating the menus. for some reason clicks (taps) are not registered by the ui but swipes are. I'm using a moto g5 with android 8.1.0. overall the app is great but I'm giving it 4 stars because of the abovementioned reason. edit: more info on phone specs edit2: deleted and installed again the app, gave the right permission and now it works :) 5 stars
1 ★Extremely uncomfortable way of payment. The app redirects to an external instance. It is obviously designed for a desktop, thus absolutely incompatible with the way a smartphone functions. I might get rid of this app because it causes me trouble instead of to ease my experience with Telenor.
2 ★The app is pretty good. Has a few downsides, though. The latest version has changed the online payment method (processor) to what looks to be Borica and it's really worse than the previous payment processor. The app does not contain the full info of your payment plan if you got some sort of discount or legacy offer.
3 ★Half of the times I launch this app, it just shows the ugliest "Oooops" message and then crashes. I know the problem may be related to a whole bunch of other stuff like, my phone itself, wi-fi/3g signal strenght, internet censorship, the russians and so on. I was going to rate it 3/5, but gave it 4/5 just in any case.
1 ★Super bad experience on a brand new phone. Often cache is deleted, which makes me think that devs are performing changes on live product. Loading issues..., and last, but not least, payment issues... ! I'm client for more then 10 years and i litterally payed for this damn app to work properly... what about 50 000 ppl like me, paying crazy money and not recieving the appropriate services. Also deleting the extra payed MBs, is just a theft for me, and nothing else...! Let that sink in!
1 ★The mobile app taxed me twice for 1 bill when using the payment option. Sent email to support asking for refund or a statement that the company has no claim to the extra bill, so that i can forward it to my bank and the transaction be blocked, however no follow-ups are made. I don't need to go to a store physically to resolve an issue on the vendor's side.
3 ★Constantly crashing in the last few months, I can not even open the app now on my Nexus 5x. Downloaded the latest version, didn't work, deinstalled and installed the app back - again didn't work. It is frustrating that you can activate some additional packages only through the app when the app is not working...
1 ★Problems with payment continue. It used to be very easy, but for months it takes multiple attempts, frustration and literally hours to pay my bill through the app. How difficult it can be to have a working online payment method in 21st century? Please fix it.
