Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

User's Reivew

5 ★Great for reminding me of which rubbish bin to put out each week.
4 ★particularly appreciate recycle date reminders
5 ★Love it for the messages that a council puts out. Road works, serious crashes on roads causing temporary detours, community events, ... Set up ready for my council(s) when they come online (western Bay of Plenty). Fun seeing what is happening in regions that have already using the tool. Manjimup in WA was the first. Had it installed for a while now.
5 ★Excellent useful app.
3 ★The app is satisfactory apart from one important component - there is no facility to keep a written copy of the submitted report. From an evidence perspective, this is vital. It removes all anecdotal reference and provides a reference to the actual report submitted. This is a huge oversight and something I would have expected from competent analysis and design. Please add this facility to Antenno and the best user-focused solution is the ability to recall the content of every report submitted from within Antenno itself, and NOT to have to keep a separate stored or cut-and-paste record. Other features that will surely come, relate to the receiver of the report being able to respond and give an action plan, etc.
5 ★Very helpful app
1 ★Porirua city council... search engine for our address, property and subdivision return do not exist... so can't progress any further into app features... all I keep getting is enter a valid address 😡...
1 ★It was working for a while but I have had no new notifications for a month! I have know idea what bins I am putting out.
5 ★Great app to keep informed about what's happening at places you care about, and reporting issues to your local Council
5 ★Is this app running in Hamilton. It won't accept my address, have tried to enter several times. Oops I was entering the B then realised it only recognises the street no. For cross lease. All good now
1 ★Getting notifications ok ... just day AFTER event ... a bit of a waste of time
1 ★No councils using this in my area, this could happen in the future or never... Oh well, a good app I will never be able to use.
