1 ★The captains are always late and some of them even don't come at all. The customer service don't know how to satisfy the customer well enough.
2 ★Very bad customer support. They only use chat. I had a problem with one of the captain messeged them at 9 am. They replied at 5 pm gave me 20 minutes to answer and then closed the chat. With no notification showing that the agent replied to me. In a service where one rides with strangers there must be a reliable way to contact support. Only giving a two as the app it self is good and the service idea is good. But my problem is with the customer support.
3 ★Thanks for calling and fixing my issue.. I went up the bus I booked to find all seats full!! They double booked my seat!!! On a weekend I had no option but to sit in the aisle of the bus.. I contacted customer service to get a discount on this bad ride and they refused.
1 ★Pathetic service. Zero customer support. I have booked premium AC car but assign me non AC car. What a wonderful system they have and good part is they unapologetically saying this multiple times. This has happened but won't happen again. Same draft send Everytime whenever you lodge complain
1 ★This application isn't secure at all, 4 million account was breached and they didn't inform any customer, you can't reset your password if you lost your mobile number as it the only way to reset the password. You can't deactivate or delete your account from it which is major privacy and security issues , your account will always be at risk id you don't have away to recover the sim card from the telecom company.
1 ★Very poor customer support, almost impossible to contact. The driver didn't show up and I was not notified. The pickup point was either under or on top of 2 flyovers or in one of the three roads under them.
1 ★Not recommended; cars are late or do not show up at station at all; yet it gives car arrived??? And then "you missed your trip" ??? Customer service do nothing but giving apologies and promises for better experience; next day same happens with same scenario. 2 days in a row I waited and car did not show up
2 ★u can't count on, expensive it first was good with problems , but they solved. since ramadan , they have changed the times of the rides, the place to pick u up, even cancelled all my rides. the application is not working ,u lose contact with the driver, the driver is so late,(25 min)( in the same time he doesn't wait more than 1 minute for you). even if they get ur money back for lateness but I lost my course twice. they reduced the bus rides and increased the car rides which is much expensive.
1 ★Very bad customer service, just had a trip, the application shows that bus is arrived, meanwhile the captain said he is in another area, waited for 20 mintues with nothing happened. CSR said that captain arrived on time. It is very rude to suppose that your client is lying without an accurate investigation. It would be enough if they just simply appologized without accusing their clients that they are lying.
