管理栄養士が考えた、糖質制限や糖質コントロール中の糖質が気になる方のアプリです。カンタンな食事入力で、毎日の食事の糖質量がきちんとわかります。
「糖質カウンター」は、約10万人の栄養管理を行ってきた(株)リンクアンドコミュニケーションの管理栄養士と京都大学医学部附属病院との共同研究の元で生まれました。
とくに毎日の食事を簡単に入力できる「カンタン入力」機能や、糖質や体重の推移が一目でわかる「グラフ」機能が便利です。
