1 ★The status of the train is never accurate on the app, more often then not if the train is delayed the app still shows on time. This has to be fixed, you have all of the data. These are your trains, you should know if they're delayed or not!!
1 ★It was working great. Now it picks and chooses the time frame you are searching. When I try to change time manually it insists in choosing 9:15 pm is very aggravating when you are searching for the time and track number at 5 pm or in the morning at 6 am. Until its fixed am not changing the rating.
5 ★My dad recommended this to me because I would take the train to see him or just travel in general. I usually travel to Poughkeepsie or Manhattan when I take the Metro North. When I first used this app, I wasn't sure how it worked. Overtime, I learned how it worked and it quickly became useful and convenient for me. Would recommend this app to anyone who takes the Metro North.
3 ★App constantly loads to a white screen instead of the train schedule. Great app when it works.
1 ★The update version of this has went in the toilet. It's slow, less intuitive and removed the most important feature of all: real time arrivals. It does not show when a train is to arrive anymore and makes the entire app pretty useless.
1 ★the newest update broke much of the app. Favorite trips don't load anymore. When you search by time it shows trips for 3 hours before the requested time and doesn't show any of the trains at or after the time you requested. It worked perfectly before they added the ETA section, now nothing works.
1 ★y'all have really wrecked what was already a mediocre app that we could at least actually use to check listed train times. (never mind that you could have used your own API to get ACTUAL real-time train time data instead of presenting scheduled data with some minor delay updates.) now it barely loads at all since the latest update.
1 ★Great idea to be able to be in wallet a d check time, but tis all it is. An idea. When you select time it takes you to the store and THEN to the time browser. When in a hurry, dont bother. Takes too much time. When you have all the time in the world, go for it.
3 ★This app was much better ; I think too many updates and unfixed bugs are catching up to the app. Can not see times for Fordam to White Plains. Screen stays on a white display. Tried this on both Android SGN9 and IPhone 12pro. Please patch up will fix to 5stars. Thanks 😊
3 ★Two functions need improvement (1) train time should be accessible from home page - should not have to re-open the app (2) current time for train lookup does not update from the last use. I don't need to know what trains were available 4 hours ago. Impossibly frustrating to get the time to update.
1 ★I had two iterations of this app on my phone, for some reason. I deleted both, then tried to re-install the app from the Google Play Store. At this writing, the installation is hanging at 10.20 MB. Incidentally, why do we need this app? Supposedly MyMTA is supposed to be the "all in one" app for New York City's MTA; however, a conductor on a Long Island Rail Road train told me that Metro-North Train Time is the app that we're supposed to use for buying and activating train tickets.
1 ★I am sorry but you redesign the app just to remove the most important feature of all? The ability to bookmark trips with "approximate time". Replaced by the exact time bookmark which I personally find useless. That is the only feature I used to use!!!! Way to ruin an app
