1 ★since April 23rd update. After choosing bus route e.g 181, the next screen shows 181 west to Hollywood/Vine and 181 East to Sierraadre Villa station but regardless which one to touch it only shows the east bound i.e the latter option. This is a huge bug that makes the app useless unless fixed. l tried two identical Motorola moto e4 android 7.1.1 and the problem persisted on both phones whereas it works fine on an older alcatel onetouch android phone.
3 ★It's accurate 85 to 90% of the time. You have to click on bus routes to see what direction the bus is going (N, E, S, W,). There are times when it doesn't show what time the next stop will come. It will show what time the stop after the next stop is coming.
1 ★I used to love this app, but the recent update messed up the app. the only page that's accurate is the nearby section because if i search by bus route the stops are in alphabetical or numeric order and no matter what direction I choose, I see the incorrect stop direction prediction. Fix this PLEASE.
1 ★New to LA from NYC. Just installed it trying to figure out a route to a friend's house. Hands down an absolute utter waste of time. Google Maps gave me a WAY better breakdown of train timetables so I could figure out how late I could leave. It's ridiculous how infuriating this is.
1 ★Trip planner is worthless. I tried using the trip planner on the app and it keeps coming up that there are no routes available and to adjust my search. I know this isn't true since I did a search online. You can only do that so many times before you realize it is completely not helpful.
1 ★Can't see bus times for almost every stop I need. Functions don't work. The order of the stops is confusing as well. This app used to work perfectly. Please restore it to how it was.
1 ★"no routes found that match your criteria. Try adjusting your departure/arrival time." Download if you're interested in seeing that message whenever you try to plan a trip.
2 ★only gets it correct half the time. google maps tells me a bus is coming in 36 minutes, metro app tells me one is coming in 6 minutes, another in 12, and another in 26. The 6 minute one didn't arrive, the 12 minute one did. This is reliably unreliable.
4 ★Love it. Loading the times for the trains stopped working about 2 years ago but it's still fine combined with google maps. Wish there was an option to see the entire 24hr timetable for a stop, or the whole metro system map like they have posted at some of the train stations
1 ★False sense of security. No data re: Line92 South stop on Brand / Eulalia in Glendale approx 3:45AM M-F 4/18/2019. Great execution makes the false assurance it provides an even worse thing when looking for early morning arrival I have ridden for years. Uninstalling.
2 ★The feedback doesn't even work! It won't send!! The Go Metro Map does not enlarge anywhere near enough, making it very difficult to use for anyone with poor eyesight. It should expand as much as your phone allows (which is guite big).
1 ★Your app use to be good. Why everytime I want to take a train. The time is not listed? Also for every bus line the stops are not in order. It takes time to look up for a stop tuen before.
