L’utilizzo da parte dell’Utente della presente app "TIM COLLABORATION” è vincolato all’adesione da parte dell’Amministrazione contraente al servizio “COMUNICAZIONE UNIFICATA” all’interno dei servizi offerti in risposta al bando di Gara SPC Cloud Lotto1.
L’Amministrazione contraente ha sottoscritto il relativo CONTRATTO di servizio, ha formalizzato la nomina a TIM come Responsabile Esterno al Trattamento ed ha configurato l’Utente sulla piattaforma di servizio. TIM S.p.A non è Titolare dei Dati Personali riferiti all’utente trattati nel servizio “Comunicazione Unificata” e pertanto sarà cura dell’Amministrazione Contraente (Titolare del Trattamento) fornire all’Utente l’informativa Privacy secondo le vigenti norme di legge.
