1 ★Wont let me sign in, it either freezes or tells me im using an incorrect email or password. Also can't sign into os 5 online it says there's no internet connection. So hoping this was an upgrade from os 3 which stopped working but this app is even worse.
2 ★Autoback up experience has been improved but a long way to go. Has definitely introduced an important feature to shutdown the single bay drives. But now you cannot access USB drives via app which are connected to the NAS(physically)
1 ★Cannot access files using web access after upgrading to OS 5. Don't go for it. Big mistake. WD Support is nowhere found. Screwed forever.
4 ★Great new app for the my cloud. Unfortunately the uploading capabilities are a downgrade from the previous app. Uploading files takes way too long. If this wasn't an issue the app would earn 5 stars.
5 ★Works Great, I use my cloud as a home backup system for my devices. Paying multiple cloud based storage accounts gets confusing and my cloud fixes that issue.
5 ★It works significantly better than the previous version. I have two My Cloud servers and now they recognize each other and work perfectly with the app. Thanks, finally something on earth that works well.
2 ★Please add a "wake" option to this app to allow the NAS to be woken from hibernation mode, so people don't need to install a separate application. What's the point of being able to hibernate the device and not be able to wake it up again?!
5 ★This is my 3rd server and each version gets better everytime in terms of functionality and ease of use and stability. I am very happy with this version and recommend it to ppl whenever the subject comes up.
1 ★Much slower than OS3 and lost the ability to copy files from one location on the NAS to another. The inability to copy from the app is quite an annoyance depending on how you use the NAS!
1 ★Useless now, just only can access, upload and view photo and video, can't access, upload and view the document file, My Cloud OS 3 is better, can do all the things.
3 ★Looks better but is no where near as practical as before. Why can I now only send pictures and videos to my drive?. When I could copy any files before.
1 ★Absolute rubbish I have upgraded from os3 to os5 now all that happens is keeps freezing the cloud drive this is a terrible app. Looks like I have lost many important files now as can not access.
