5 ★Most people probably don't have a wd live TV player. But this is a great app takes a second to find it after setup it works perfectly. Hope and wish wd will bring players back. I can't stand people telling me about roku. Smart tvs and some tvs have roku or are like roku even xfinity x1! Wd player can do way more. Any media you have it will play.

1 ★I absolutely hate this app. I have to Uninstall it and reinstall it every time I want to switch from one of my devices to the other. Most of the time it doesn't work and I have to reboot every single time I want to do something on it. I've heard this app sucks with android but this is ridiculous. If the kids hadn't broken our remote I would never use this app again. Doesn't even deserve a star.

3 ★Like others have said, this works fine first time but when you reopen the app future times it won't work. Pretty major error if you ask me. Otherwise its a great idea especially as we lost our actual WD remote. Fix would this would be great.

5 ★Keyboard has cone back. All good again. When it replicated the buttons on the remote, it worked well, if a bit laggy. Now it has a swipe, gesture pad. Almost impossible to select menus or items. I find the box needs regular power off/on, often twice for some strange reasons. I just wish they'd left the keypad. Wish I could leave minus stars.

1 ★I don't know what I'm doing wrong but I have to uninstall the app and reinstall it again, just to open it. If I simply open the app from it's icon it just gives me the splash-screen and doesn't open. I'm unable to get to my home screen, so I reboot, uninstall, reinstall, and hope it opens. This is the same for my Nexus 4, Nexus 5, Acer Iconia Tablet, and an old Nexus S. :(

1 ★Stay with the old version. It's rock solid. I think development for this product has stopped so I don't foresee any fixes for this app. I don't know if it's allowed but I can email the old .apk to someone if they need it. Also, I use a fixed IP so the app always knows where my device is. (App only works once then quits issue).

2 ★In the 4 years that I have owned my WDTV, this app has worked once and wasnever updated. This device and app became "orphaned" by WD within the first12 months of my purchase without any notification of intendedobsolesence/discontinuation by WD! Used to be a great fan of their productsbut not now.

1 ★Used for years successfully on iPhone and iPad but on a Samsung Galaxy S5 it sometimes detects the WD Live box but once I leave the app and come back to use it again it says 'searching' but never finds a device. Meanwhile my iphone still works fine. Frustrating.
