Description
Get quality remote support for your mobile device directly from a technician. The Zoho Assist - Customer app allows technicians to provide remote support, to your devices, through screen sharing and chat features. The remote control feature is available for Samsung and Sony devices, by default, and if you own a device from the below list, you can install the Add-Ons we have made available on the PlayStore, to allow the technician to remotely control your device.The Add-On supported manufacturers are:
Lenovo, Cipherlab, Cubot, Datamini, Wishtel and Densowave.
How to start a remote session:
Step 1: Download and install the Zoho Assist - Customer app.
Step 2.a: The technician will send you an email containing an invite to the remote session. Click the link on the email and open it with the Customer app to get your remote support session started.

Step 2.b: Instead of sending you an invitation link, the technician can additionally send you the session key directly. Open the Customer app and enter the session key to start the remote support session.
Step 3: After your consent, the technician will remotely access your device to provide support. The technician will additionally be able to chat with you securely. Touch the back button (either on the top-left or the native back button) to end the session anytime.
Unattended access:
Incase you wish to give unattended access to your technician, enrol your device with a a single click using the deployment link. Your technician will share the link and can access the device anytime without any effort from your side. Additionally you can enable or disable the enrolment temporarily or permanently remove unattended access permission for the device.

1 ★Do not use this app was scammed out of $8000 and as I downloaded this app they had access to my phone. This app should tell people that scammers use this app to get your personal details. I was told that my Amazon account was up for renewal and when I questioned the caller he told me to downloaded this app and he would show me and once I did they had control over my phone. These callers are very good at manipulation and making you believe them. DON'T USE THIS APP EVER UNLESS YOU'RE SURE
4 ★I got a call claiming they were calling from Amazon prime and they seamlessly toll me through this app to cancel my subscription, which O did not have in the first place. These spammers use good apps to infiltrate.
1 ★I was contacted by a person claiming to be from Amazon who wanted me to download and install this application in order to access my passwords and personal information. If someone calls and asks you to install this, think twice. You are giving them full access to your device information.
1 ★A scammer claiming to be from Amazon called and told me to download this app to get Access to my phone. He said my Amazon account had been hacked and it wasn't safe to use their software to access my account. I hope NO ONE falls for this.

2 ★Ok for troubleshooting. Degrades performance of device. Installed to allow Zoho agent to get screenshots for specific problems. App was such a memory hog it virtually bricked my Galaxy A12. Forced to uninstall. Removing is also difficult. First app must be deactivated before removal.
1 ★Got a call this morning .Scam! Saying I bought something from coinbase. I didn't... asked me to download the app and asking me to accept permissions, told him I'm not comfortable with that and hung up. Why couldn't he use. Gmail account which he sent the first email to. Uninstalled the app immediately.
1 ★This a scam, it is used by scammer to get your personal financial details. I received a call from a scammer that wanted me to download the app then open my PayPal. Do use it under any circumstances. I don't understand your response. If you know that people are being victimised due to your app, then you should either remove the app from Google play until you develop a it in a way that scammer can no longer use. As long as this app is here more people will be victimised.
1 ★Beware! I was also contacted by a person claiming to be from Amazon. Required to install the App and wanted to"Assist" me claim my refund on cancellation of my Amazon prime membership which I never signed up for! What a Scam!!!

1 ★The scammers are still at it saying they from Amazon Security and my mobile was hacked and a suspicious amount on my account yeah dont have Amazon. Asked to download this app luckily caught on. Reported the link to Cybersecurity.
1 ★If a legit company uses this then it would be good, but when scam artists use it then it is bad. I wish I took the time to read some reviews before downloading this app & I fell victim to the Amazon scam. I am glad to see some people did look at reviews before downloading and didn't get scammed. One suggestion I have is put a warning sign with the word Amazon next to it so people like me would stop & think. Unfortunately, I learned the hard way read before downloading.
