Aplikasi chatting penyuluh perikanan berbasis telegram memudahan teman-teman penyuluh perikanan seluruh nusantara baik PNS maupun PPB untuk bisa bergabung dalam Grup MEDIA KOMUNIKASI PENYULUH KKPGrup MEDIA KOMUNIKASI PENYULUH KKP merupakan supergrup dan beranggotakan penyuluh perikanan dan pemangku kebijakan penyuluhan perikanan di Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan yang diinisiasi dan didukung sepenuhnya oleh Kepala Badan Riset dan Sumberdaya Manusia (BRSDM) Kelautan Perikanan.
Grup MEDIA KOMUNIKASI PENYULUH KKP diharapkan dapat menjadi pemecah kebuntuan terdistorsinya komunikasi yang selama ini dibangun oleh Pusat Pelatihan dan Penyuluhan dengan seluruh penyuluh perikanan di seluruh nusantara.
Dengan adanya grup MEDIA KOMUNIKASI PENYULUH KKP komunikasi diharapkan bisa berjalan secara efektif, efisien dan egaliter. Saatnya semua penyuluh perikanan seluruh nusantara mempunyai hak akses yang sama terhadap informasi tanpa dibatasi sekat-sekat dan eksklusifitas. Tidak ada lagi "penyuluh perikanan nasional" ataupun penyuluh daerah, semuanya adalah sama: Penyuluh Perikanan Nusantara!
