1 ★Getting a ton of notifications this morning for a software update. Same exact notification dozens of times.

4 ★The app work-related with our microwave but scanning products is weak
1 ★Scan to cook is too limited. There is no cataloged list of supported foods available to consumers. Favorites is limited to 10 items. If I would've known this before purchasing this smart appliance, I would've bought something else. Support says they have been working on a "list" for the past several years. The evolving list should be on their website. Customers should be able to add items not on the list in the app by scanning a barcode and be prompted to add it to the supported item list.
1 ★Unusable after update. Wont even allow login
1 ★Just look at all the negative replies! Well, here's another one. Cannot connect my wall oven to my network, no matter what i do. The app says to do one thing, the oven says to do a different thing. Both are useless when it comes to the app and wifi connection. Deleting the app and i guess I'll never be able to use the "smart" options. Boo!
3 ★This has improved greatly since my previous review. With most issues ironed out. App occasionally loses the microwave which either a power reset of the microwave or just waiting it out resolves. I'd love to see some more Google commands such as being able to have Google assistant set the microwave for one of the preprogrammed settings like reheating pizza.
1 ★Terrible, won't sync with my phone. Won't let me log in!
3 ★The android app is a clunker, marketing-oriented, poorly designed, not well documented. The only way you can clean the glass panel without causing the control system to freak out is to engage the control lock, which often freezes and can only be cleared using the app. And, like many appliances with digital controls, the power surge protection is wholly inadequate, so you must unplug the range or flip a breaker to reset after a power outage. Wish we'd bought a less expensive dumb appliance.
