Description

This application gives CareFirst members the ability to manage their health insurance through their mobile devices by providing secure, personalized information on items ranging from claims, deductibles, who’s covered, and downloadable ID Cards, to locating a provider or urgent care center near them. Members can also register for CareFirst’s secure member site, My Account, and maintain their account and communication preferences using the application.

1 ★they need to fix the date of birth issue. I had to scroll back a long time since I am middle aged. after all that then the site says I need to try again later sorry no way. UNINSTALLED!

1 ★This app will log me out and closes the app as soon as I accidentally hit the back button on my Android phone. It does not save the page I was looking at, forcing me to re-search the plan or provider information I was reading. What other app does that? I am using a Google Pixel 3a.

1 ★228MB Huge program that the developers refuse to migrate to use external SD card. Why are you stuck in a Android Kitkat mindset? #NoExternalStorage, #StorageShaming. Latest update installed 7-19-2020 and guess what...Still no external SD card support for a 229MB bloated app. Obviously they have no shame and don't care if they consume huge amounts of primary memory.

1 ★Downloaded the app to upload receipts for reimbursement directly from my phone. The app doesn't let you do that--you click on the button to attach a file and nothing happens. I will be uninstalling.

1 ★I get an EoB. I logon to check it. it says there's an updated app and I MUST update to continue. takes me to the play store. But there's really no update available. This is poor app design.

1 ★App would not let me search for doctors outside 5 mile radius of my house. I did not want it to do that, but couldn't change search parameters. Had to unindtall.

1 ★Broken login. The app login isn't recognized, and doesn't find my SSN or member ID. Good luck trying to determine your coverage here or the terrible website.

1 ★Worst insurance app. ever! I set up my app. but haven't been able to get into since. It never recognizes my sign in info.

1 ★This app is almost unusable. Pushing the back button takes you out of the app wherever in the app you are. This needs to be fixed.
