Description

This application gives CareFirst members the ability to manage their health insurance through their mobile devices by providing secure, personalized information on items ranging from claims, deductibles, who’s covered, and downloadable ID Cards, to locating a provider or urgent care center near them. Members can also register for CareFirst’s secure member site, My Account, and maintain their account and communication preferences using the application.

1 ★WOW is this app horrible! it's clunky and freezes and logs you out and is generally poorly executed. You can't email or download your cards or your EOB even though you're supposed to be able to. 5 years later it's just as bad!

1 ★I have to agree with others. This app is pretty awful, barely functional, insanely frustrating to use. Failure to update, frequent crashes, difficulty navigating when in the app. Time for Carefirst to invest in some improvements, maybe a complete overhaul.

1 ★Worst healthcare app of all of them. It's probably not even an app but a website wrapped into an app. CareFirst should be embarrassed by giving their customers such a discouraging experience. I wish I could put 0 starts.

1 ★This app is useless. You can't view or open any documents, claims or eob files no matter what program i try, adobe, word or others. Says try downloading first but there is no option to download.

1 ★Keeps wanting update but fails, no biometric login? I tried deleting the app and then reinstalling it from the Play store and it still wants an update that keeps failing. It's frustrating to have to use a password to login nowadays, in addition to a text to verify it's me, but no option to "trust this device for 30 days".

1 ★Every time the app is opened it says there's an update. Not through the app store but an update within the app itself, however every time I try to tell it okay the update fails. It seems like it's permanently broken and they haven't made any changes since February of last year so almost a year ago. Why is the app still even here?

1 ★Constant crashes, failed updates, relogin, redo 2FA. If possible, consider another insurance just for the usability.
